It was a good tour, the porto wineries we stopped at where really nice and welcoming, food was great. The only thing we didnt like is before that we stopped in two different places, just to walk, nothing interesting at all, better spend that time in the wineries or knowing some place nice not just at park in the middle of knowhere where our guide left us more than half an our wondering around. Our guide was nice but more than a guide it seemed that he was more the chofer insted because he didnt do the explanations or anything, unless we where on the van.

Our tour guide Sophia was wonderful and quite funny at times. We also Appreciated our very professional driver Claudio who was kind enough to offer to take a photo of our group. They both made this experience very interesting and fun! We appreciated the extra stops along the way to see some very interesting places on the way to the wineries and the river cruise. It was the perfect balance of scenic driving and the rest stops along the way. The authentic Portuguese lunch was delicious and beautifully handled by the winery that we visited. I highly recommend this tour company and this excursion. You will not be disappointed.

The guide, Ricardo, was wonderful and he made a big difference for the quality of the trip. Other participants were very nice. The level of lunch was far exceeding my level of expectation because the "lunch" in the tours are usually simply OK or edible. I have been recommending this trip to the people who were/are heading to Ponto during my trip afterward.

I did this tour with my 3 daughters during a visit to Portugal to celebrate the youngest turning 40. The tour was much more than we expected. Both the driver and guide were excellent. The timing of visits to the wineries, the lunch and then the boat cruise were ideal. The Duoro Valley was spectacular and this was a great way, with limited time, to experience it.

We had a fantastic time with Tiego (Diego?) And Manuel. They were very knowledgeable about the region and it's its history, and provided a fun experience for everyone. They were lively, engaging, and answered any questions anyone on the trip had. They made sure the people on the bus who had dietary and movement restrictions were welly Alen care of. I would recommend this trip to anyone travelling in the region. And the port was delicious!!

AMAZING vineyards and scenery, pictures do not do this area justice. However, if you’re American DO NOT do this tour. My family and I have traveled to multiple European countries and speak multiple languages, this region of Portugal was by far the most horrid. They treated Americans horrible. We were skipped multiple times during the lunch serving for food, wine and coffee. Unfortunately, it ruined the entire tour for us. The region is extremely beautiful and has much to offer. However, you are better researching a different company that visits different vineyards. At the second Vineyard when we were perusing the shopping, they were also very unkind and hard to deal with. There are many other tours that can take you to this area of The D’Ouro valley.
