Dear Kimberly Omalley: As we commented you by phone and in TRIPADVISOR Customer board, about your airport pick up, it was not ready due BOKUN doesnt sent us your reservation on time ( it was send 1 day after your arrival) so your call was a surprise for us, it was not your fault for sure, neither do ours, anyway after we know by you, we try to provide your transportation group, with vehicles available in that moment then you left in two vans. Anyway we felt unconfortables, due you did not get the right vehicle you requested, even you paid for a different location (Playa del Carmen not to Puerto Aventuras where has your hotel Barcelo Maya) so that's why it was the extra balance of $45 dls our favor. Anyway so we talked with our general manager about it and he authorized me not to charge you extra, so we give you the service to low cost, we set the minibus, not vans for your departure group on January 16th. We reiterate our apologies but as we indicated you, this happened since we are intermediaries and in this case we do not receive the information from the Bokun company, in any case, we try not to deny the service despite not having information about your reservation. This was out of our hands and it is not common to happen and perhaps it was due to a technical problem of that company. Our Cia,CancunVans has been in the market for 20 years with the distinction of quality in service.
