Make your way to the Titanic Museum Attraction in Pigeon Forge, where you can present your voucher for an admission ticket—you’ll receive a reproduction boarding pass to the ship, and be assigned the name of a real passenger or crew member, along with a short story about their life.

See what the Titanic was like for passengers, from first-class suites to cramped third-class cabins built to original scale. See the Grand Staircase that’s been carefully reproduced from the million-dollar original, touch a real iceberg, and feel the cold waters where the Titanic sank. Browse more than 400 artifacts that belonged to the ship and its passengers, and follow elegant hallways into the parlors where they spent their time onboard.

Walk along decks that are sloped at the same angle as the decks when the ship went down: at the end of the tour visit the Memorial Room, where you’ll discover the fate of your assigned person, and whether they survived the Titanic.

Multilingual audio tours are available in English, Spanish, German & Mandarin.

Wonderful attraction/ unhappy with Viator
Steve_K
, Jul 2022
This was a wonder experience. I learned more about the Titanic and it’s passengers. The only issue using viator was I needed to push the time back to am hour and vigor couldn’t help me. Good thing I was across the street from the Titanic and was able to still go in and not loose my money. The viator lady who didn’t speak good English supposedly called the Titanic but then told me they couldn’t help us get the time pushed out by one hour. It’s not like I wanted money back or rescheduling the entire attraction. Viator needs to hire fluent speaking English people and that can understand me and knows what they are talking about. Calling viator was useless. Next time I am considering going strait to the website Of the attraction I’m wanting and paying a few dollars more to get what I need done.

How expensive it was to travel on the Titanic and how luxurious it was. It was sad so many people died.

The museum was great. We loved all the stories and artifacts on display. Our girls who are 10 and 8 really enjoyed the self guided tour audio device. We would definitely come back to visit again!

I remembered seeing all the recovered items from the Titantic and I liked the suspense in seeing if I survived the Titanic after I was given a card about person who was on the ship at the time that it sunk. I also liked the tank of water where you could feel the temperature of the water that the people who loss their lives felt.

If you like museums maybe it’s for you but I personally don’t think it’s worth $40.00 per person to see bunch of pictures.

My 14 year old daughter wanted to go. I was very impressed with the museum and crew. Seeing her so interested in all the history was well worth the money.

Disappointed
Jaice_S
, Jun 2022
There were too many people; you could barely move around. There were too many unsupervised 6-9-year-olds running around crashing in front of people and pushing buttons. There were too many kids between 6 -24 months of age crying and screaming which really upset my teenage granddaughter. We were so excited to have the opportunity to visit this attraction and left disappointed. I know a lot of people want to visit the attraction but I believe it could be better managed so everyone can enjoy it. Big double-wide strollers can easily block an entire exhibit.
