Make your way to the Titanic Museum Attraction in Pigeon Forge, where you can present your voucher for an admission ticket—you’ll receive a reproduction boarding pass to the ship, and be assigned the name of a real passenger or crew member, along with a short story about their life.

See what the Titanic was like for passengers, from first-class suites to cramped third-class cabins built to original scale. See the Grand Staircase that’s been carefully reproduced from the million-dollar original, touch a real iceberg, and feel the cold waters where the Titanic sank. Browse more than 400 artifacts that belonged to the ship and its passengers, and follow elegant hallways into the parlors where they spent their time onboard.

Walk along decks that are sloped at the same angle as the decks when the ship went down: at the end of the tour visit the Memorial Room, where you’ll discover the fate of your assigned person, and whether they survived the Titanic.

Loved the boarding passes given at beginning with the name of a passenger that was on the Titanic and looking for information about that person throughout the tour....also to learn the fate (did that person live or die) at the end of the tour on the memorial wall. Also loved the iceberg room, crazy how cold the actual water temp was that night and to feel it and see the stars and night sky....like experiencing what they were actually feeling.

Enjoyed all of it but the water filled staircase, the cold water, the tribute to the violinists (and the piano player was informative and entertaining)

Everything was memorable, from the entrance to the exit. However, my favorite was the grand startcase. I also love the audio tour and interactive items throughout the tour.

It was amazing to see everything from the way it was built to all the passenger’s information. The only disappointment was not being able to take pictures.

Very interesting and worth the money spent. Not like most of the other attractions in Gatlinburg. This one leaves you wondering what the people actually went through.

All staff was excellent, but Ginger was phenomenal. We could’ve listened to her all night. Thought this might be a hokey tourist attraction, but it is so well done and respectful.
