Le tour était bien organisé par Phuket Tour. Seulement passer par Viator nous a causé des soucis. Le transfert n’était pas inclus alors que l’adresse de l’hôtel était comprise dans le prix global. De plus, nous n’avons jamais reçu de confirmation d’horaire de prise en charge. Ni rien ! Nous nous sommes donc fâchés avec Phuket Tours qui ne connaît pas la plateforme Viator ! De quoi tourner en rond...
