Not able to accommodate last minute booking

- I booked a city tour for next day but booking is missed out by local dmc and no pickup arrange. - Local DMC hotline staff mentioned driver late due to delay in other hotel pick up but actually there is no pick up arrange for my hotel. - No English Speaking guide throughout the tour and no commentary given in vehicle. Totally not a good city tour. - Tour description/itinerary as advertised are misleading. For example: Photo with Elephant is chargeable but not mentioning the same. You can at least indicated "Photo Stop".

Activities description was misleading. Could have informed other additional option that we may be able to do so we can be prepared and everything was rushed. Driver was the highlight.
