Lost in Russia with the beauty of phi phi

Despite the beauty of phi phi we were left feeling very disappointed. Having used viator before and been very pleased, we booked the tour months in advance. When we arrived at the pier we were shown a Russian operator. Basically 300 odd Russians and us pair. We had no idea what was happening as groups split off to go on various tours. We ended on a boat with 32 Russians and us. At every stop off on the tour our guide went in depth into where we had stopped. Us,we got in pigeon English, this is bamboo island for instance. The guide tried hsrd to include us. The photographer on board didn't even bother to take our details. We felt left out at the meal times and any of the activities. On the whole we were promised an English speaking tour and didn't get it. We enjoyed the islands but not the tour as a whole.

Dear Alex Bexon, Thank you for review! We checked this information with our staff and received the following response from the guide: “All the information for them was provided in English in full, from interesting facts about each visited location to instruction on the technique of using the equipment during snorkeling. On the boat, these guests were sitting right next to me and were constantly supervised, as they were the only English-speaking guests in the group. We visited the observation deck, all meals according to the program. At the end of the program, guests personally expressed their gratitude before being sent to the hotel. " The guide who conducted the tour is fluent in English. He also said that the guests did not express any dissatisfaction during the tour for 2 days. Kind regards, Manager Maxim P
