What a bucket list experience! The directions and logistics were well planned out, and the team seemed pretty experienced. Had a great time.

Prices are steep, but when you meet the crew and are in the air you forget all about the money spent and begin focusing on the unique memories being made!

It was amazing! The crew met us promptly and provided transportation to the launch site. There were several other balloons launching from the same area but our balloon was the largest. There were 12 passengers including the pilot which made it a little crowded in the basket. The pilot seemed very experienced and made us feel safe the entire ride. Our balloon went higher and stayed in the air longer than the other balloons that launched at the same time as ours. I highly recommend this company. It was well worth the price.

It was very smooth and great expierence riding air baloon! You could not feel, that you are so high, even in 6k feet high, experience was amazing.

Purchasing through Viator was an extremely unpleasant experience. I purchased two tickets for a hot air balloon flight on Valentine’s Day. I received a payment confirmation and even an email of where to meet...but no time frame, other than sunset. After emailing viator(who sent the confirmations) I received no responses, even after calling and leaving messages multiple times. I finally got a hold of the hot air balloon company separately and they said that my tickets were not booked and that Viator was purposely over booking flights, KNOWINGLY. It nearly ruined mine and my girlfriends Valentine’s Day plans but the great people at aeronautics hot air balloons saved the day and squeezed us in to a flight. I would NEVER purchase from Viator again for the lack of customer service and for attempting to scam us out of expensive tickets. I was even told that the hot air balloon company is not renewing their contract with Viator because of their horrible service lack of ethic. The hot air balloon company claimed this happened to 4 other couples that same day...horrible service. 0 stars.

It was an amazing experience! So beautiful and peaceful! The ride was like floating in the air. Such an awesome way to see Gods creation of this beautiful landscape.

Aerogelic Ballooning!! Shane and his crew were awesome! They made us feel at ease, were patient, and very informative throughout!

The time was changed and I never received a e mail about the time change. We recommend that you do more than one way or contact the party or ask for a confirmation back that we received the e mail.
