Sunrise Sonoran Desert Hot Air Balloon Ride from Phoenix

We had a great flight!! It was absolutely gorgeous- the sunrise over the dessert, the beautiful weather, etc was amazing

I was scared about getting in the basket bc I heard it was hard, but this 1 was super easy. No issues @ all! I’ve been wanting to go since I was a little girl! It was amazing! My boyfriend & I loved the experience. Very romantic! :)

It was my first time riding hot air balloon. So riding itself (new experience - totally different from flying by plane) was so much fun and thrilling. Sunrise view and champagne party after the ride were also great.

Shane and his crew were very friendly and funny. They were also very knowledgeable about the surrounding geography and ecosystem, which made pleasant addition to the hot air balloon ride.

It was a breathtaking ride smooth and safe the pilot Shane was super cool and knowledgeable went out of his way to make sure we had a well rounded ride/experience would do it again and say anyone should try it at least once!

I think the best highlight of this trip was when we landed and got mimosas and tasty snacks while enjoying the scenery in the dessert. While on the hot air balloon we got to see the overview of phoenix as well as the valley and few animals roaming around. I would describe the landing of the hot air balloon a bit scary because we just didn't' know what to expect but we landed safe and soundly. The instructor and pilot of the hot air balloon was very informative and knew what he was doing. I would recommend this to do if your in the phoenix area and want to experience something different and fun.

A beautiful experience. Our pilot, Daniel, landed us in a small empty lot in the middle of a housing development! He is an expert.

Shane was a professional pilot which made everyone feel comfortable. Helpful, timely communications from the moment we met him and he has a healthy sense of humor. One of the best adventures ever! Only problem was finding the crew the morning of the ride. Directions will tell you the street address of the shopping mall but this center is about a half-mile wide and half-mile deep with a six lane highway in the middle. It is dark. 7:30 morning rush hour traffic everywhere.There are over 500 retail stores represented in clusters. The website does mentions that there is a Starbucks near a Lowes, but if they had only said to meet in front of one of these stores, that would of saved being confused and late. The balloon crew says they understand the problem, but have no control over directions found on Viator. Someone needs to just simple add Meet in front of XYZ retail store instead of just giving out the shopping center address. Otherwise, the trip was a 10

Bucket list item CHECK!!!!! This was a great experience. I took my 15 year old son on this adventure and we had a blast. I definitely recommend this to everyone. The Crew was awesome and they provided drinks and snacks. Loved, loved, loved it!!!!!!!!!!!
