Entertaining and Informative

Our tour guide Mark had a lot to share with us about Arizona agriculture - the focus of this tour. He shared both historical and current perspectives on the changing land use of the greater Phoenix area and what it means for food sourcing. The three stops were an excellent variety of family and community business in sourcing fresh food and products. We would suggest you consider not including a full meal at Agritopia, rather a sampling of their fresh garden harvest. The full meal at Agritopia resulted in less enjoyment at Jalapeno Bucks, only 30 minutes later, as we were full! Perhaps scheduling differently needs to be considered.
