Extremely disappointed. The trip was improperly scheduled and it was too late to cancel when we found the error. I had to forfeit my entire payment without a thankyou or anything from Viator or Across Arizona Tours. Not even a vochure was offered, just a too bad for wanting $258.

We loved our Tour! We had a group of 6 adults and were so pleased with Eric, our guide, his plethora of information about the area and plants. The steamboat ride was also wonderful and so relaxing. The crew and captain also gave so much information about Canyon Lake and the surroundings. Tortilla Flat was also enjoyable with great food and typical western atmosphere. We have used Viator for a couple of our vacations and are never disappointed!

Fabulous Day!

Such a fabulous day! Picked up in the morning after having changed my pick up point several times (thanks to Viator for being so understanding and accommodating). Taylor was a great guide, very knowledgeable about the desert, Phoenix and the history of the area. He could not have been more concerned about the well-being of all his passengers, he took very good care of us. The Dolly Steamboat was a really fun little trip, lots of great scenery, eagles, buzzards, and mountain sheep to see, the captain and crew were also great. Tortilla Flats was also great fun, the restaurant was such an experience, the food great, the staff even better and service was quick, concerning the size of our group. This is something I could do again!

Relaxin on the Lake

It was a great tour. Our guide was enthusiastic and you could tell she enjoyed her job She was very informative on local history and the plants in the area. We really enjoyed the steamboat. So relaxing and the right amount of time to really enjoy the scenery. I don’t handle quick turns etc so the drive to and from the canyon lake was a little hard on my stomach. I would recommend this tour to anyone.

We started out on this tour on a rainy and misty day. This did not reduce our enjoyment but made it kind of mystical with the fog surrounding the mountains. Our tour guide(Mary) made it a wonderful day to see the amount and the trail.
