Luis my somallier tour guide was exceptional. Very professional and also friendly. I enjoyed the wine tour and tastings and also visiting the goat farm where they hand make the most delicious goat cheese I've ever tasted. Of course I had to buy some for later enjoyment. We went to the local town in Sancerre and walked and enjoyed a wonderful lunch and wine in one of the oldest cafes in France. The village was so lovely and it wasn't busy with tourist just locals. Afterwards we went to historic castle with so much history. I can't say enough about this tour and our guide Luis. It's a must especially for white wine lovers!!! With that being said I bought delicious red Pinot noir as well.
