Beware! We were caught In unexpected Paris construction traffic and were 15 minutes late for the tour. They have no way to re-book, allow you to catch up to the tour, or give you your museum ticket. Not only did we have to miss the tour, we had to buy another ticket to get into the museum. Very disappointing.
The tour lady doesn’t even care about waiting for her group people, her sign were not obvious enough for us to track her and she doesn’t even count how many people were following her, she just go by her own way and leave a lots of us so afraid to loss her, she lost four of us at the about 3/4 of journey including two men have friends in the same group. We were so anxious, went every places trying to catch her audio and even heard the friends told her their two friends were lost and trying to find the group but she didn’t even care nor respond to their request, finally two of us gave up to find her and gave our audio sets to the men to return back to tour lady who were still trying to find their friends in the group, hopefully they are able to regroup with their friends
The tour was a great way to see highlights and then have our own time to explore if needed. The tour guide (CityVision) was good, though she didn't keep track of people in group too well; she needed to keep talking and say where she was going, but since she didn't we lost two people crossing the first street.
CityVision was rather congested and somewhat unorganized, but once I exchanged voucher it was fine.
This guided tour with skip the line access is a good experience, learned a lot from listening to what the guide was sharing, and a real skip the line..different access... Be ready to walk and go up the stairs.. I loved this tour because i was able to see places I haven’t seen when I visited louvre without the tour guide...
