Avoid the long lines with this tour that takes you directly to once the Louvre’s most-visited works of art: the Mona Lisa. On display here for more than 200-years, this painting draws many of the Louvre’s eight-million annual visitors. A staff member will take you to the priority entrance, passed the line and straight to Leonardo da Vinci’s masterpiece.

Free time to explore the museum on your own afterward
We missed the guided tour becuase we got lost finding the meeting place but the other tour gude was very helpful so we can get the ticket from my email and have access to the Louvre . and just did out tour ourselves. Due to very hectic scheduled We only was able to see 2 museums Very impressive.
The info said to arrive 15 minutes early. We did, but the guide didn’t arrive until 20 minutes later, after our departure time. The guy said our original guide called in sick.Either way, I would only recommend this if you do it first thing in the morning. We got in ahead of the morning early wait line and he guided us directly to the Mona Lisa where there was NO ONE in front of it! Apparently this was rare and the guide was even taking pictures himself. Definitely only worth it for the morning before the crowds. They were advertising ‘in before 30 minutes’ everywhere so the skip the line is not as useful any more.
This is not a skip the line tour. This is a tour guide giving you a ten minute talk about the Mona Lisa and then dropping you off outside the room where the Mona Lisa is held so you can go in and fight the mob like everyone else. Just buy a ticket and read some information online or rent headphones when you get there. This 10 minute talk cost us $60.
Our tour guide was late. She also told us that 1 ticket counted as entry for 2 adults and that kids did not need a ticket. That was not the case. Apparently tour guides will tell you that so they can make a little extra money off of you and pawn the extra ticket. Be careful.
Tour guide canceled on us after making us wait for 2 hours
, Jun 2018
The purpose of purchasing this ticket was to save time as we were traveling with our two younger children. We met our tour guide at 12:45 for a 1pm time slot according to the tickets instructions. She informed us that the ticket holder would arrive at 1:30. 1:30 came and no one showed up. We continued to wait until 2:30 when all the people waiting started questioning the status of this ticket holder. By 3pm she finally called it off and said the company would refund the money. My kids were exhausted, hungry, and tired of standing around. Ironically, the Louvre has a 5 minute line and we could have been there for 2 hours at that point. I am waiting to see my refund still.
