Instead of getting a ticket online we had to search out an agency office to get a hard ticket. We ended up at a tourist gift shop than we were sent around the corner to the agency. When we got to the museum, We discovered we didn't like the iPhone audio tour and wanted to go back and get the museum audio guide. The museum staff told us to go back to get the audio guide which is located out side the tix entrance. We misplaced the hard tix went back to the agency and they said we could not regain entrance with the same tix, so reprinting our tix wouldn't work. I would recommend just going to the museum website get a ticket online and get the museum audio guide. This was frustrating, time consuming. Not what I expected from Viator.

That it very difficult to find the place to pick up equipment. Was not told when signing up. And no one at the line/ entrance knew where we had to go to pick up tickets. Walked the same place 3 times. A tour guide from some company finally told us. And service was not friendly.

We booked this trip literally last minute and having read the previous reviews we did not expect a smooth entrance. On the contrary, we we given access at an exact time ( even 30 min earlier) WITHOUT waiting on the long line (it was really enormous) Entrance is downstairs at the Carrousel du Louvre. We were given also tickets to the river cruise, which do not have deadline and could be used anytime. We save those for next time, hopefully. Overall, this is the best value for money. Highly recommend.

Waiting in line forever only to be told that my tickets weren’t accepted. It was highly misleading to have a “get tickets” button when those tickets only entitled you to get the real tickets at a place that was nowhere near where you wanted to go. I had to repurchase the real tickets from the Louvre, who told me next time to buy from the official website. Point taken.

Do not book with them. We were due to go in on 7th April. Birthday treat. It was pouring down with rain and no Viator team accessible as we searched high and low for them ahead of our timed entrance. No priority admission was offered. We asked the Louvre team for assistance and they showed us a notice to say that Viator and other ticket companies on a list were not valid. No Viator staff on chat or at the end of the phone. I am now arguing with them about a refund.

This is a scam there is no skip the line huge waste of money they just give you a normal ticket and the audio guide they have is far inferior to the much cheaper version offered at the museum
