Excellent tour. Went to the summit of the tower. Had plenty of time to go around on our own. Boat ride was beautiful.

Originally booked this tour (Summit and Cruise) with another site only to find that couldn't do both in same day, so changed to Viator and prior to booking and they assured me that could do both. Got to History Tours (where check in is for multiple sites) only to learn that NO you can't do both in same day if PM tour. Fortunately for our family, the lady at History Tours had encountered Viator problems before and we were early so she pushed us through so we could do both. This was our last day in Paris so the option to come back the next day was not available. Shame on you Viators, to provide inaccurate information on the phone that made me book the tour and Thank You History Tours for making it happen!!

We arrived for our tour only to be told "we have no record of your booking". I gave them our confirmation letter only to be told, there is no tour at this time, we can't do anything for you. Contact Viator. I would never recommend this tour or company to anyone

Eiffel Tower Seine river tour got there for the night tour was told it was too late for the cruise but we could take the next day repeatedly ask questions long story short didn’t give me the right ticket had to purchase my own separately. Even though I ask repeatedly counter clerk short and dismissive.

Booked this tour 2 months before visit...get there and they don't have us on their list. Even though I have tix, booking#, etc. Called Viator, they tried to call them no answer, several times. Got back in line with Viator on the phone and they won't even speak with them. All other tour companies were booked for Summit access, luckily our hotel was able to get us in. Do your self a favor and book with someone else!

Realmente la actividad fue muy agradable, pero considero que es un negocio redondo del operador porque llegamos 10 minutos tarde y nos tocó pagar 100 Euros adicionales para poder ingresar y esa suma es la que cobran en la torre; y el acompañamiento de la Guía aunque tenía buen conocimiento de la historia de la Torre Eiffel sólo fue hasta el segundo piso y quedamos solos, y no conocimos varias cosas interesantes de la misma. En cuanto al tour en Barco fue muy agradable y tenía guía en la aplicación del celular y nos pareció mucho mjejor.

Buenas Tardes, Agradecemos haber dado su opinion, sobre nuestro producto Eiffel Tower Summit Access & Seine River Cruise. Lamentamos que su experiencia no haya sido como lo esperaba, mas sin embargo nos permitimos dar nuestra version de los hechos. Ustedes compran un tickete skip the line osea con un determinado horario para ingresar a la Torre y asi evitar las largas filas de espera. Al uds llegar tarde a su check in en la boutique, perdieron su acceso prioritario, por lo cual nuestras operadoras ofrecen por 20 euros por persona, tomar el grupo siguiente, si la disponibilidad lo permite. Ahora no es una obligacion volver a comprar estos nuevos tickets skip the line, ud es libre de ir y comprarlos por 16.80 a la torre, pero eso si haciendo la larga cola de espera para las cajas. Esperamos, hayamos aclarado su inconformidad, le deseamos una feliz tarde Veronica Duque Manager
