Eiffel Tower Morning Guided Visit with Parisian Breakfast

Advertised to us as a skip the line with an expectation that we were paying to go to the top, turned out we waited in the same lines as everyone else, were not able to go to the top. Spent about $150 for nothing.

Tour left on time. The tour guide was friendly and informative. He showed us around the second floor, then left us to our own devices. He answered our questions and related well to the children on the tour.

Company charged adult prices for youth tickets purchased by guide at Eiffel Tower. NOT skip the line-waited in line for 90 minutes for guide to buy tickets. We could have done that ourselves and paid 1/4 the price. I purchased because tickets were sold out online and I read it would be difficult to get same day tickets - it is not, plenty of tickets available by walking up to ticket window. Coffee and croissant are served in a tiny room in the back of their office while waiting for tour guide. We left 40 minutes after scheduled time.

Ricardo was excellent, but please... for the love of all things holy... stop serving instant coffee for the breakfast.

This tour is a waste of your money and most importantly your time. You´ll be up in the summit earlier if you head straight to the Tower and go to the buy your ticket line. Summit tickets can be purchased on site (at least in the morning) even if they are no longer avalaible in the official website. About the breakfast, you can get the same croissants and way better coffee at any boulangerie. My voucher promised a lovely souvenir map but the guide knew nothing about it. Positive points: our guide Martha was very nice and patient.

Lamentável a prestação do serviço que foi absurdamente superior pagamos 123,00 euros (2 adultos e 1 criança de 9 anos) ao valor do bilhete, mas na hora ficaria tudo na bilheteria quando ficamos na fila ficou 57,40 euros. Tivemos dificuldade para chegar a loja, atrasamos e fomos obrigado a pagar mais 90 euros. Não havia no bilhete informação clara de que o atraso geraria uma multa praticamente igual o ao que pagamos. Tivemos que esperar na fila porque o guia com o grupo ficou na fila para comprar o bilhete. Abusurdo. Espero contato para me explicar e reembolsar da multa que não estava previsto.

J’ai acheté les billets pour ne pas perdre du temps coupe fil pour c’est la raison. J’ai fait la fil avec tout le monde et la seule différence c’est que moi j’ai payé plus cher.
