Very pleased with this fantastic tour!

We took the 4 days tour and it's been a very exciting experience. Very intense tour with early wake up calls and lots of places visited each day but all worth it!! Nicely combines history and beauty of landscapes and castles. The guide was also very good and professional. Overall we've been really happy and would strongly recommend it. As you can imagine it's not a relaxing holiday (300+ steps in Mont Saint-Michel's staircase as an example) neither one for those who gets easily bored with history.

Wonderful Trip

We were able to see and experience a lot in 4 days. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and reliable. The sites was very diversified and well selected. The chateaux were well-picked with different significance. The first dinner and the first accommodation could be much improved. Coach was comfortable and on schedule. Internet connection was good throughout the trip. Wish we could have more time in each of the significant sites.

unhappy with response

We had an unfortunate occurrence 2 days before our trip, I, Elaine Lam, fell (on a viator hop on hop off tour) and broke my ankle. I asked for a refund for the Normandy tour from Viator and was denied. My partner and I were traveling with a group of 6 other persons and we will not book with viator again. I am completely unhappy with your response to my situation. My partner and I were unable to travel on the 4 Day Normandy tour and were not refunded any of the money we spent.

Paris City Bus tour

The four day trip was informative. The guide Pascal gave a great historical perspective on the Normandy coast the Mont Saint Michelle monument and the Loier Valley. The bus was comfortable. The hotels were rated as 3 star? They were ok. The hotels were meant to be in the ares we were touring and obviously were not picked for their great comfort and food. That being said the breakfasts at the hotels were good. The dinners were not. We asked for vegetarian or at most fish meals but were given beef.

The tour of Normandy is a little...

The tour of Normandy is a little disappointing unless you are really into history and want to know about WW 2. There is nothing interesting happening in the first 2 days. The Loire valley castle tour gets more interesting and the castles are lovely. Drive is scenic. The other drawback is that the day is kept toooo long starting with 7 am and ending with 7 pm check into the hotels. After which since dinner is included so we have to all gather quickly in half hour for dinner. Now if you enjoy constant company then you will be fine but if looking for some downtime, this tour doesn't give you any. The tour guide was average and talked a little too much. I was breaking away from the group all the time since I couldn't listen to detailed history about every brick and painting!!

We saw more in four days than we ever could have on our own. The tour guides, Carlos and Helena were awesome, knowledgeable and incredibly prompt. We were pleasantly surprised with Viator and City/Paris/Vision's precision.

A very enjoyable 4 day tour as advertised. Comes with a lot of bus travel, late dinners and early rises. Great guide, multi-lingual, interesting fellow passengers and lots to see. Think of it as interesting and enlightening but not exactly relaxing.

Brilliant 4 days, excellent value and would totally recommend this tour. So much to see and learn and each area was different from the day before. Hotels and food inclusions were good value and standard. Very happy travellers.
