Definitely the highlight of my groups vacation!!! The tour and our guide was incredible. I highly recommend

I didn’t get a chance to go on the tour because I got into a car accident on the way there. I let them know and asked if I could reschedule due to what happened and they want to charge me an extra $150 per person reschedule fee even though I already paid $400 plus for the tour. Where is the understanding of I did not cancel on purpose it was outta my control. I don’t think this is good business.. where is the compassion of the situation. I’m so disappointed
Horrible experience

Got there 15 minutes before start time at 1o’clock Chris was our tour guide Things went well until five minutes into our trip when somebody ran out of gas 20 minutes later we proceeded The mix of drivers was a very poor choice we had a family with 24-year-olds and two ladies who could neither keep up and repeatedly got lost which slowed everything down five or six times Chris either was way too far ahead or stopped way too much We stopped for brakes at least five times at a minimum of 15 minutes per break The most memorable was five minutes away from the starting point we stopped for 45 minutes where the kids were playing in the sand and a group from LA was playing basketball from our tour group I spent over $400 in well over a third of our trip sitting on my butt We stayed mostly on flat ground even though there were some great trails up the side of the mountains which Chris decided to avoid All in all I was very dissatisfied with the amount of downtime and the mix of riders I asked Chris if he ever had return customers he appeared insulted This is the biggest rip off and worst trip I have ever been on Avoid it at all costs

This customer began complaining from the very start of the tour. For one, there was no one who ever ran out of gas during this tour. Secondly, in regards to the "mix of drivers", while we wish that we could always group everyone accordingly, this is part of being on a tour. Sometimes you just need to have patience with those of a lower skill and experience level. And yes, breaks ARE part of the tour, as everyone cannot handle 4 hours of straight riding. During the stop at the basketball hoop, this particular customer referred to the group from LA using the "N" word, and proceeded to inform the tour guide that he needed to get back because his "martinis were melting". Due to the fact that not everyone is experienced, our tour guides choose if and when to take the more hilly terrain. Finally, if this customer feels that their money was wasted, these are not the kind of return customers we want (and we do have plenty), and they should feel free to spend their money elsewhere.

ATV fun

The entire experience was great! The tour guide was very informative about the landscape and history. I would definitely reccommend this tour.

This tour sucked and Chris is a horrible guide. They don't give you a safety brief and there was no first aid kit in case of injury. We definitely won't be going back.

1. We do provide a safety and vehicle orientation. The information is only useful for those who listen. 2. We do possess first aid kits, including hydrogen peroxide, bandages, gauze, and neosporin. For the more extreme cases, we have a fire station located directly across the street. 3. We have 95% positive reviews for our tour guide Chris. Attitude is everything. Please know he is a retired firefighter and has plenty of EMT experience, so if someone needed true medical assistance, he would be the one.
Day in the desert

Trip was fun, not what we expected. It’s a one man show. Also not ok with fact they take pictures of your DL and credit card. No matter the explanation, there’s no reason this should be done by any vendor. Then when I asked him to delete it, he said they never had a problem...ok, that’s not “my” problem and I would like to have it removed.

Just to clarify, we know of several other ATV rental/tour companies that request pictures of DLs and credit cards. It is for verifying payment, verifying identity and matching it with the contract and release form. Every hotel, car rental and equipment rental company males copies of IDs and credit cards. Usually people that have a problem with this are people that are trying to hide something. Also, we have several employees, but most are off in the summertime, as it is too hot for some.
