This exciting aerial tour lifts off from Page Municipal Airport in a fixed-wing Vistaliner. This plane offers the largest, flat, untinted panoramic windows of any touring aircraft, perfect for sightseeing and photography.

Begin by flying over the Rainbow Bridge National Monument, one of the world's largest natural bridges at 290 feet high and 234 feet long. More than 85,000 people visit the bridge each year and the neighboring American Indian tribes consider it to be sacred.

Then enjoy the fantastic view over the bright blue waters of Lake Powell, a reservoir on the Colorado River that sits along the border between Utah and Arizona. It is the second largest man-made reservoir in the United States and a popular tourist destination. Also, see the Glen Canyon Dam, a concrete arch dam on the Colorado River. The dam was built to provide hydroelectricity and a regulated flow of water from the upper to lower Colorado River Basin.

This Lake Powell and Rainbow Bridge tour ends with a return trip to the Page airport.

RAINBOW BRIDGE etc REVIEW FOR THIS DISHONEST COMPANY

I booked this particular tour months ago so that I enjoy what I had read about this possibly great area.. I arrived at the airport on 5/2/19 a couple of hours before my 2 PM departure, and the service clerk informed that they changed my tour for 1:15, which I didn't mind. This new booking was with a German group and the language was in German a language I don't understand. 13 members of the tour, all part of the German Group, were assigned to sit in windows, while I was put in an aisle. When I complained about this, the clerk's pearl of wisdom reply was that the company doesn't guarantee window seats. WHY SHOULD I TAKE A TOUR THEN IF I AM UNABLE TO SEE WHAT I PAID FOR? SHOULD I HAVE TAKEN CLASSES IN GERMAN SO THAT UNDERSTAND WHAT I PAID FOR? Needless to say this unfortunate event, maybe not the fault of the company, but for sure the royal mistake of the people who represent them, ruined my vacation. I am pursuing this matter legally since it was discrimination towards an American Citizen, discrimination towards a Senior Citizen, verbal abuse by uneducated personnel. MY ADVISE TO ALL YOU READERS IS TO BOOK WITH ANOTHER COMPANY.

The best value for ANY excursion we have ever taken! The scenery around Lake Powell is breathtaking any way you look at it. But to see it from the grand perspective in a safe comfortable plane with headphone playing inspirational music brought tears to my eyes. I went primarily to see Rainbow Bridge but that ended up being fairly minor in the scheme of things. This is a must!
