Overview

Head into the English countryside to visit Highclere Castle, the site of Downton Abbey, on this day trip from Oxford. You'll have the chance to see where filming took place at the real-life home of the Earl and Countess of Carnarvon and explore the grounds of the castle. Isabella was an amazing guide. The entire trip was so informative and enjoyable. It was nice to be part of a small group, traveling in a very comfortable mini-bus. Of course, seeing "Downton Abbey" was the highlight of the experience! It was a very hot day and David and Isabella had plenty of cold drinks which was such a nice touch.
