Rådhusbrygge 3 , Rådhusbrygge 3, Oslo, Norway

The tour ends at the City Hall Pier 3 (Rådhusbrygge 3), which is just located just a few minutes away from the starting point.

Greet your guide at Oslo City Hall and climb aboard a comfortable, air-conditioned coach to begin your sightseeing tour of the city. Stop first at the renowned Vigeland Park, a verdant expanse that immortalizes the work of iconic sculptor, Gustav Vigeland. Stroll amid more than 200 bronze and granite sculptures before enjoying a photo stop at the Holmenkollen Ski Jump, the vertiginous slope used in the 1952 Winter Olympics.

Travel onward to Bygdøy Peninsula, a charming city neighborhood that boasts some of the city’s most influential museums. Take a tour of the FRAM Museum where you can see the polar ship Fram, a wooden vessel that traveled along the Arctic Sea in the late 1800s. Take a tour of the powerful schooner—the first boat to reach the South Pole—and learn about life at sea in the harsh polar conditions.

Then, pay a visit to the Viking Ship Museum, home to three of the world's best-preserved Viking ships and get an insightful introduction to the Viking Age.

Afterward, take a short stroll to the pier to board your sightseeing cruise around the beautiful Oslo Fjord. Seat yourself in the warm, covered deck and admire the idyllic bays and beautiful islands that decorate the fjord. Listen to onboard commentary from your guide and then return to the dock.

Return to the tour’s original departure point.

Great insight into Oslo City and surrounds

This trip was so informative and interesting- I was amazed at the beautiful architecture and buildings in Oslo. Seeing the Holmenkollen ski jump blew me away - never realised how high up these jumpers are!! The park and sculptures were spectacular- well worth a visit and our guide explained the stories behind them so well. The folk museum give insight into life down the centuries and was very well laid out - a steep hill for those who might struggle with walking around. The FRAM museum was mind blowing, awe inspiring and well worth a visit- could have done with longer to absorb all the info! And finally the fjord boat rip- a little insight into the islands and life on the fjords. We were blessed with beautiful sunny weather. My only negative is there is no time for lunch so make sure you eat a good breakfast or take lunch with you.

Great Day in Oslo

Great way to see and experience the best sites in Oslo. Our tour guide Stian, was pretty awesome, knowledgeable and passionate about the city and its history. We had enough time to see the sites, take pictures and explore on our own. Stian did a good job of putting everything within historical context. The air conditioned coach was very comfortable. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Oslo, with limited time to see everything.

DeeAnna is awesome!

DeAnna was awesome! I really wanted to see a Viking ship and since the museum is closed until 2026 - she sprinted with me in between activities to show me a smaller one in a basement of a new museum. She’s really passionate and it was contagious!

The guide was amazing. The visit to the Norwegian Folk museum was very interesting and to be sung to was lovely. The experience of being on board the Fram was the highlight for me. The cruise was good apart from the slight rain. This was value for money without a doubt.

Grand tour of oslo was great.

I thoroughly enjoyed this tour. Even though it rained for part of it we contiued on. Even in the rain the vigeland sculptures were amazing. Margaret was informative both on the history of Oslo and its landmarks and with current events. This was a good way to see the highlights of Oslo and get information as we went. The stops at Vigeland and the folk museum were my favorite parts.

The Vigiland park and Fram museum were nice and interesting. The cruise was nice unfortunately it was raining and there was no protection for all the people. That is why I give only 4 stars

The guide, Anita, was born and raised in the area so had special knowledge to share with us. We really enjoyed the ski jump and Vigeland park. We decided to forego the Fjord Cruise so cannot comment on it.

A must do in Oslo

This was one of the most beautiful tours I ever taken. Margaret, our tour guide, was the queen of Oslo. She was lovely, knowledgeable, candid, entertaining and very energetic as well. It was so easy to understand her and to follow all the information she shared. She managed the group so well ensuring the itinerary was completed in time. For those who take the cruise be aware of wind and cold. Bring your own food since there is no time during the day for a stop to take lunch. 100% recommended!!!!

A Must See Tour!

I absolutely loved everything we got to see and learn about! I loved hearing all the stories and backgrounds of each place we visited! Instead of just letting us explore on our own, we got an in depth tour almost every step of the way! I loved it and I would recommend it to anyone coming to Oslo! We got to see the Ski Jump, the museum with the ship that went to the South Pole, the cultural houses, and even got to take a tour of the Oslo fjords on a Viking Ship! :)

Tour was good and the guide knowledgeable with good energy. The only downside is that they rush you quite a bit so have to go back to some sights we really liked. Overall good experience so would recommend it.
