Good way to see a lot of Kyoto

This was a good way to see these tourist attractions without puzzling over how to get from one location to another. The greeters were easy to find at the assigned meeting point and the bus was comfortable. The guide for the day was Shu and he did a great job of providing information on history as well sharing what to expect on each stop. Watching out for the participants and keeping us on schedule. My only disappointment during the tour was that the description did not say that Kiyomizudera was still under renovation (last year the tour descriptions did share that detail so I picked something else instead). If i had known it was under renovation I would have selected a tour that included Kinkaku-ji and Nara instead. Or the Sagano train and river boat ride.
