I was disappointed with the overall experience. The van was too small for the group, It was hard to hear the driver give his information about the city. The air conditioner was inadequate. We decided that we would shorten our tour.

Driver was on time and friendly. We chose the 5 HR tour, and it was a little unclear that it did not include the boat portion in the initial description. The Winter Park was a lovely stop. The last 1 1/2 hrs was just time in Disney Springs. Not a lot to see in Orlando outside of Disney and Universal.

A nice historical presentation by the driver. The boat cruise was worth it. Time at Disney Springs too short.

Good day we paid for a 5 hour tour and had to pay extra for the boat ride and Disney Springs which was not mentioned on the 35$ tour. It all worked out but more details need to stated about what is included in the ticket price. Billy was awesome. And instructions about where to catch the bus are not exact...it should have stated that the bus stop was right under the ferris wheel and not facing it or in front of International Steeet. Thank you for a great day

Had a pretty relaxing day with Gray Line City Tour exploring some of the interesting locations mentioned in the itinerary such as Icon Park, Downtown Orlando & Disney Springs. Two guests didn't show up giving more quality time with three other travelers. Tour guide / driver (Donald) gave some knowledgeable insights on the local cultures/habit and the boat ride was amazing, too. Overall, pretty nice tour if you don't own vehicle and definitely recommendable for curious visitors who wish to explore the Orlando city life away from Theme Parks crowds once in a while. 7/10
