Positive spin on historical facts.

Wonderful excursion, the tour guide was very helpful and informative. Made the trip comfortable and fun for all.
Host needs a microphone and checklist of advertised stops.

The tour was supposed to include a narrated tour of Orlando and a boat trip. The boat trip was an intercoastal waterway tour and that part was wonderful. I paid this tour co. an additional $24.95 per person for the boat portion and found that I could have waited and paid the boat folks only $16 per person. We told the tour host that we could not hear what he was saying 3 different times. He would briefly speak louder then go back to an inaudible tone. One stop was supposed to be at Morse museum and that didn't happen. Booked because I wanted to see the Tiffany exhibit at the museum. I usually tip very well but felt like I only received a half tour, so no tip. I suggest asking before hand about a microphone so you can actually hear the host and take a copy of what all stops the trip is supposed to include. Also inquire about paying for the boat portion at the boat tour company place.

A refund would be greatly appreciated. Will never use your service again. Disappointed and angry that I still did not get an opportunity to see the city of Orlando. Information on your site is misleading. Please revise. The site that I booked from shows a big red bus and indicates 20 shops. We stopped for a boat ride and Disney Springs, 2 stops? not even close to 20 stops. It was if I was riding around with an Uber driver. He was not a tour guide.

Hello Irmj; Thank you for your review, however from reading it I believe you booked the wrong tour. I am not sure what tour you are quoting with a Big Red Bus and 20+ stops - sounds like you are looking for a hop on hop off tour which Orlando does not have a hop on hop off for 3 years, and when there was one, it was not operated by Gray Line. The tour you reserved, and that is described online has correctly 2 stops - Winter Park for the Scenic Boat Ride and Disney Springs. As for the tour guide driver just driving around, please contact myself directly tori @ graylineorlando .com and I will get more details from you, as the driver-guide should have been telling you the Orlando history and interesting facts as you drove around the areas. But 2 stops and a small vehilce is correct. We have never operated a big red bus for 20 stops in Orlando. I believe sadly you booked the wrong tour, and there is no information describing such as tour on any of our websites. But please do reach out to me directly. Thanks and kind regards, Tori

Tour improvement needed
, May 2021
We enjoyed the boat tour in Winter Park. Would love to have had time to walk around Winter Park. Also enjoyed Disney Springs, but an hour is not enough time in there either. Temperature on vehicle was never comfortable. It was too warm. Tour by Pulse could be eliminated.

City tour

I was disappointed with the overall experience. The van was too small for the group, It was hard to hear the driver give his information about the city. The air conditioner was inadequate. We decided that we would shorten our tour.

Driver was on time and friendly. We chose the 5 HR tour, and it was a little unclear that it did not include the boat portion in the initial description. The Winter Park was a lovely stop. The last 1 1/2 hrs was just time in Disney Springs. Not a lot to see in Orlando outside of Disney and Universal.

A nice historical presentation by the driver. The boat cruise was worth it. Time at Disney Springs too short.
