This was a great tour. It was well organised, we were picked up by bus from our motel and returned afterwards. Great day out

10/10 Experience

My Mum and I booked this experience before we flew out to Hawaii. We looked through lots of trips but found that all the reviews of this one mentioned “Cousin Nate” and raved about him. That’s what pushed us to book this particular Pearl Harbour experience and we think we made the right choice! We had an early start which was rewarded with fresh hot donuts and delicious coffee. We then set off to Pearl Harbour (amazing) and then for a little tour around some more significant landmarks. The whole time Cousin Nate was pointing out places to eat, sharing history, and making us all laugh and feel comfortable. I 100% recommend this tour!!!

All I can say is what a fabulous tour - We were picked up prompty early that morning and had a few stops including the awesome coffee and donuts stop (those donuts were so warm and yummy that it made you want more) Cousin Nate made you feel like you were part of the family and was so funny (even in the early morning). The whole tour was amazing from the tour of Pearl Harbor and the Arizonia Memorial (never forget) and we had a lot of time to really see everything. The moveie was good and organized and the boat to the memorial was easy to manuever. It was a solemn time to reflect and remember of what these brave souls went through for our country. The bus tour was entertaining and the views were amazing. We had time to get off the bus and walk and take pictures. I would recommend this tour 100% Thanks for a great tour!

Terrible Service

My family and I were on the opposite side of the road to where the pick up was. Trying to get the drivers attention however the driver just left. There wasnt any form of trying to communicate with us on their behalf . We tried calling the phone number given multiple times and leaving voice messages, we also left an email in hopes of a response yet. This was all at 5:45-7am. Found out their office hours started 7am. We were still calling during open hours to yet still no answers or responses via email or phone. We decided to take a bus which was only $2.75 each which tok us straight to pearl harbor. The general tour was free entry with $7.50 audio tour deal if you want it. However their are sheirfs around ready to answer your questions. There is also a $15 entry to do the USS Bon Submarine tour (highly recommended) which is an audio tour. I recommend taking yourself their and taking your time through the tours and experiencing it all at a much cheaper rate then the lack of communication/response of this company.
