Departure Time

8:00 AM
Following pickup at your Waikiki hotel, board your minibus and meet your small tour group of 20 people or fewer and your local guide.

Travel first to Diamond Head, stopping for a photo-op at the spectacular lookout before heading to check out Halona Blowhole, where the ocean waves crash into a lava tube and spray water 50 feet (15 meters) in the air.

Back aboard the minibus, head for Makapu’u Beach, passing beautiful Sandy Beach along the way. See Manana Island (Rabbit Island) and views of Makapu'u Point Lighthouse, then head for a secret spot at Waimanalo Beach Park.

As you drive along the North Shore, see the famous surf beaches like Sunset Beach, Waimea Bay, and Pipeline on the way to Tsue Farm, where you have the chance to purchase a traditional Hawaiian plate lunch. Options include veggie stir fry, teriyaki chicken, shrimp or pork. Cap off your traditional Hawaiian lunch experience with one of Tsue's famous shave ices (own expense). Rent a kayak or paddleboard to explore the Anahulu River during your stop here.

Stop at family-owned macadamia farm, where you get a chance to crack raw macadamia nuts, taste macadamia nut coffee and taste samples of one of Hawaii's most famous products. Leaving the farm, stop at Kualoa Point for photo ops of Mokoli'i, a basalt island in Kane'ohe Bay. Then, head further up the coast to Laie Point, where you get fantastic views of the Ko'olau Mountains in the distance.

Travel to a site known as 'Turtle Town' for its proliferation of green sea turtles. Embark on a guided snorkeling trip to see this secluded feeding ground and its majestic residents up close. Take a quick shower at the beach park's facilities and change into dry clothes before heading to your last stop, the Dole Pineapple Plantation. Here, see where the bulk of Hawaii's famous pineapples are grown and enjoy a refreshing frozen pineapple treat before heading back to your Waikiki hotel for drop-off.

Great tour and guide, not Covid wise
JJJ
, Apr 2021
The tour was great and the tour guide was energetic, funny and entertaining. They do not follow the under 20 people Rule....we had about 37 people on the bus. Also, many did not keep the mask on on the bus which made us very uncomfortable.

Great tour and tour guide “Fun Joe” conducted a great tour. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to swim with the turtles because the water was a bit rough

A great way to see a lot of the island.

This was a relaxing, fun tour. Mike was informative, entertaining and down to Earth. The stops had beautiful views. The snorkeling was a bit disappointing because the water was too choppy causing the water to be murky - so we couldn't see anything underwater. But, we did get to see the turtles from the beach. Overall, a great way to see a lot of the island.

NOT LIMITED AMOUNT OF PEOPLE
Michael_P
, Apr 2021
First off, it specifically says max of 20 people. There were 40 people on our bus! We had to sit all the way in the back because we had a 3 people with a 5 yr old. Then it says low price guaranteed? No, others on the bus paid $85. Tour was nice, but can’t even snorkel, way too rocky. The tour guide was good though

Aloha we apologize we had a rough week with snorkeling due to the weather. If you come back to Hawaii we would love to offer a free tour to experience a better day as you see we have thousands of 5 star reviews.

Turtle tour with no turtles

, Apr 2021
The only good thing about this tour were the two stops for food..the lunch stop at a shrimp farm and the dole plantation for pineapple ice cream. Everything else was horrible...they stopped only at the most tourtisy, gimicky places. The macadamia nut “farm” was just a macadamia nut store outlet. We thought we were going to the Waimea valley waterfall but did not, and the most disappointing part was the turtles...or lack there of. We stopped at a beach crowded with tourists that was so rocky that we couldn’t even get in the water, it hurt our feet too much. The water was totally murky...which is ridiculous because we passed tons of beautiful beaches on the way! We saw one turtle from a distance. I was So disappointed...and this tour was NOT cheap. I feel Like I wasted an entire day of my vacation on a bus. Don’t do it - rent a car and go see the sights on your own.

Great Tour leave the driving to them

King Mike was very entertaining and kept the tour going....very happy not having to worry about a driver and also benefit that we didn't have to try and find parking at every stop. Bummed we didn't get to Snorkel(closed down) but King Mike still figured out a way to get us have some time with the Turtles..

Driver was good, but we couldn’t do the snorkeling with turtles which sucks and the only reason why we wanted the tour.

Great vibes

After I booked the tour, I found out we could go snorkeling with the turtles for free. I kept my purchase but felt a little wasteful. Once my family and I met Mike and Uncle Kieth, I felt so much better. These guys were awesome. We hit up so many spots, got a great feel for the island, chopped it up with the group as whole. Every one was awesome. Goons retrace some of the spots we stopped at to expand on the spots we. Money well spent.
