Excellent experience. The way to see Pearl Harbor!

Excellent. Very well run. We only wish we would have had an extra 30-60 minutes at Pearl Harbor (yet we could have just paid for a cab back and there were cabs waiting). Highly recommend this company!
A bus ride to Pearl Harbor (Disappointment)
, Jun 2021
When we arrived the harbor was closed by the Navy 15 minutes before our ticket time. The harbor was closed due to a bomb scare on one of the navy ships in port. On the positive side our bus driver was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and provided a lot of information on the way to Pearl Harbor. I would rate him as an 11 out of 10. The disappointment was the tour operator's refusal to refund the cost of the tour. Although the tour operator had no control over the closing of the harbor, it seems appropriate for them to be responsible for the total experience. If they don't want to be responsible for problems which occur on the tour they should not advertise the tour as a "SALUTE TO PEARL HARBOR" to visit the Arizona Memorial, but should call it a $400 bus ride from Waikiki to Pearl Harbor.
Great Decker Trolley Driver

Howard our driver was fantastic! He was organized and gave clear directions. He made sure we were dropped off closer to where we needed to be!

It was a boring excursion but that was expected I don’t like Pearl Harbor but the rest of the group has never seen it and wanted to go

I am giving it 4 stars only because we were unable to go on the Arizona memorial due to a security issue that day. Our tour guide was amazing and just being at the park and museum gave you a sense of pride being an American and appreciative of those who sacrificed their lives.

Tour guide was awesome and very knowledgeable. Harbor was closed so wasn’t able to see USS Arizona Memorial
Great affordable tour

Very nice half day tour. Our driver, Humu, was very knowledgeable, funny and answered all our questions. I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect, so was surprised when he let us loose inside the memorial and told us to be back at the bus by noon. However, this is normal, as it’s a self guided tour around the memorial. The boat ride to the USS Arizona Memorial was fun and being on it was so cool!
Wonderful experience

Great time to go. Not as crowded. All the park rangers are super nice and helpful. The Memorial, of course, is a sight to see. So sad but great experience.

The tour was amazing! Oli was an awesome guide - we were laughing and learning. The memorials were beautiful and the ferry ride was an added bonus for my little one. Worth the money and time!
