*Attention:

Due to safety issues involving the dock and visitor loading ramp of the USS Arizona Memorial, the Navy has suspended visitors to the memorial for an undetermined period of time while repairs are made.

Visitors will receive a tour of Battleship Row, near the USS Arizona Memorial, by boat until further notice.

All other amenities within Pearl Harbor remain open.

We will keep you updated on the situation as it develops. Mahalo for your patience and understanding.

Start your half-day tour in the early morning or mid-morning with pickup at your Waikiki hotel.

Ride in an air-conditioned vehicle to Pearl Harbor while your guide provides commentary about Hawaii and Oahu during WWII. Browse displays about the Pacific War at the WWII Valor in the Pacific National Monument.

Afterward, ride the boat shuttle out to the USS Arizona Memorial. There, you can gaze into the water where the ruins of the sunken battleship rest, and hear stories about the events that lead the United States into the war. Pearl Harbor experience

The tour guide’s (Oli) narrative and stories during the ride to and from PH were informative, enjoyable and emotional. The actual experience at the National Park grounds and the USS Arizona memorial brings somber feelings along with gratitude, heroism, patriotism, sacrifices and mourning.

Tour but not via trolley.

Actual Pearl Harbor site was fine. Open trolley was bad because it rained. Was not able to hear the guide on the tour.

Mahalo for your comments. We are sorry that you had a difficult time hearing the tour. With COVID-19, we thought an open-air vehicle would be the answer. I will take your comments to our management team for discussion. Mahalo for visiting us and we hope to hear you soon. Aloha

Probably would have had a better experience going on my own.

All it was, was a bus driver, giving us a tour from pick up point A (which we had to find out on our own, it almost seemed like an upgraded public bus service pickup) through multiple stops (picking up and dropping off), to pearl Harbor. Where we were dropped off, and given limited to to enjoy all of pearl harbor... There were a couple of other ships we wanted to see, but due to the lack of time, she only got to see 1... The bus driver did appear to be very knowledgeable and was very outgoing and friendly... For the price, I would have liked to have seen more.

Thank you for your feedback. I will pass this on to management. We are sorry you were a little disappointed with your Pearl Harbor Tour. We will take you comments and look into how we can improve the tour. We are adding a new tour that will give our guest an additional 1 hour at the visitor center. Mahalo for your comments and please stay safe. Aloha

Trip to Pearl Harbor
Tom_D
, Feb 2021
Leonard was a great tour guide. Very knowledgeable and upbeat. Like many trolly rides the speaker upstairs was bass heavy and in the rear so as we were moving it was hard to hear his entire tour to Pearl Harbor. From drop off to boarding the bus we had 3 hours. Going to see Pearl Harbor is an experience that I will never forget. If your goal is to see primarily the Arizona Memorial and a couple other things, this is enough time. We were running around trying to pack 4-5 hours of content in 3 hours. My suggestion would be to offer 4 hours there for those that want to get through the museums, watch the movies, board the USS Bowfin, and read the many dedication plaques.
icon Response from Host , Feb 2021
Mahalo for your comments and you are correct about Leonard. Thank you for mentioning the situation with the upstairs speaker and will have our team look in to it. We will be starting a longer tour (approx. additional hour) to Pearl Harbor starting April 1. This will give guest more time to visit the USS Bowfin or additional time at the visitor center. We thank you for taking the time and helping us better our tours. Mahalo for visiting Hawaii and please stay safe.

Not good

Didn’t get to go. Our trip was cancelled for our time slot because they didn’t have enough tickets. Very disappointing
icon Response from Host , Feb 2021
Thank you for your comments. First of all we apologize for not being able to secure enough tickets for your tour. I understand and agree with you 100% for being disappointed. No excuses, but with COVID19, the Arizona Memorial is limiting guests to 50% of capacity. Should you ever come back to Hawaii, please contact us and we would like to have you as our guest on one of our tours or trolley lines. Again, we apologize and hope you had a nice time in Hawaii. Aloha and please stay safe.
