Quick trip to cover main attractions around the Island

Byodo temple was very pretty. North sore is very beautiful and not crowded. We wish we had some more time to hang out on one of the beaches on North side. A quick trip to cover some of the main attractions.

The tour overall was great and our driver was very friendly and knowledgeable. The biggest disappointment was that the dole plantation was closed on Weds and it was advertised that was part of the tour.

Hawaii 2021 grand circle island tour
laquessa_f
, Mar 2021
The reason I scored so low was because when I booked I booked a boat ride. I was told this was a boat ride that would allow us to get close to dolphins abs whales and that the bus would take me to the pick up point to get on the boat. Then we had an incident where a man was running towards our bus and was allowed on. I really believe the bus driver thought he was helping him however that mistake could of hurt us all. I am very upset more so with this being a tour bus and not a boat ride. I never would have got on or booked if I has known it was a bus tour.

Aloha Laquess, Please except my apologies. We are a transportation and not a boating cruise company. Can you let me know how you booked this tour. I would like to investigate what happen. You can contact Viator and I can work with them to investigate. My apologies again. George
