Great Kayaking experience out in the ocean. The guides David & Tyler were super kind and well versed on bits of history and information about our location. It was a bit scary and thrilling experience.

Guides and service were great. They should group people by level when winds and surf are that high. 11 of 26 in group made the paddle. But that’s weather more than the service. Taylor and Ben were awesome!

Trip did not disappoint

Taylor and Lexi were supportive, friendly and overall wonderful tour guides during our kayaking trip. Both took great care of our family, making sure we were safe and comfortable. The waters were beautiful - we were able to see many reefs, fish, birds, Mokulua islands added to our Hawaiian vacation - we even had the chance to see a sea lion on shore and one swimming in the water. I would not recommend this trip for those who have never kayaked before or with younger children who are unable to help with the kayaking (unless with 2 parents in the same kayak) - the trip itself is a lot more strenuous than we imagined. Choose a shorter kayak trip if you still want to enjoy the waters and nature. With that said, if you choose to still do the trip, know that you are in good hands with the staff - they are there to help and supportive of your families needs.

I had lived in Hawaii 20 years ago and missed the chance to kayak out to the Moks. It was something I had always wanted to do! When I saw the opportunity to go I was extremely excited. This tour didn't disappoint! The day was breathtaking. We were on the kayak for an hour to get to the island so bring your exercise tracker set on rowing! The waves were large when we landed but our expert guides Tyler and Jordan got us there! When we arrived we saw two Hawaiian Monk Seals chilling on the beach. So cute! Then we hiked to Queen's Bath, a little water hole you can jump in. The waves were very large and this is a dangerous spot so we had to leave quickly. Our guides made the call that it wasn't safe, but before we left we loved the crashing waves and took a lot of amazing pictures and videos of the fun chaos. It looks like you are hiking on the moon on the way there (if the moon was wet)! Lava rocks and tide pools, so amazing. We debated eating lunch on the island but decided to leave due to the high surf and the challenge we faced getting launched. We left early to kayak to Lanikai (on the most beautiful beach list worldwide) to eat lunch and snorkel. Nice coral reef there! Beautiful turquoise water and the softest white sand ever. Easy to snorkel with no waves. We saw turtles! After lunch and sunbathing we kayaked back (flat and easy now) to Kailua. Pictures and memories for souvenirs.

A Tour Full of Fabulous Surprises

This was a great experience! Kayaking out on these beautiful waters was just the beginning. when we made our way out to the Mokulua Islands, we were able to snorkel (and swim with sea turtles!), our tour guide, Tyson, then took us on a walk around the incredible island. He led us to a tide pool where we were able to jump in (so much fun!). I highly recommend bringing water shoes. Although they have them to buy or rent at their departure point. Would love to go on this kayak tour again!

Loved it! Was one of our favorite tours by far! It was our first time kayaking so we didnt know what to expect. Water was so beautiful and clear and always felt safe with our tour guide. Snorkeling was great! We saw 2 sea turtles and a baby monk seal made its way to shore and got a sun tan with us!

We had a great time, but know this - the kayaking is HARD WORK!!! It is 2.2 miles each way so don't do this tour if you tire easily. Too, wear/rent water shoes, as the terrain once you get the island is pretty rough. All- and -all, it was a lot of fun and our guide, Jordan, was awesome.
