Pretty good but not enough time

The driver was knowledgable and the tour at the memorial was pretty good. The submarine tour was the best part. I would have given more stars but the driver decided to go to the punchbowl and so we only got about 45 minutes at the memorial before the boat ride instead of after like we were supposed to. The tour ended an hour early so we had plenty of time after the memorial part of the tour.

Gensin is fabulous! We were lucky enough to have him on the Pearl Harbor tour. Not only was he a wealth of information but we felt safe having him drive us to Punch Bowl. He was a most gracious host. The coach was clean and sanitized. Definitely would travel with Gensin again! Mahalo!🌺

Frank our tour guide was wonderful but the tour was terrible. Not his fault. This is a drive by tour. We don't stop anywhere the tour guide just points out random places for you to look. They drop you off at Pearl Harbor an hour before by yourself and leave you to explore. Personally I didn't learn anything new about Pearl Harbor. I'd find a more structured tour.

Thank you for posting a review we are glad that you enjoyed your guide but are sorry to hear the tour didn't meet your expectations. Guests have the opportunity to explore the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center on their own before boarding the Navy boat launch to the Arizona Memorial.

Pearl Harbor Tour -A Memorable Experience

Being able to go onto the Arizona Memorial and feel the emotion and thank you to those military persons that made the ultimate sacrifice for all Americans. This was my 4th time visiting the Memorial since 1977 and the feelings are always the same. Our tour guide was wonderful, a wealth of information.

Very good tour. Great tour guide (Troy). Very informative and efficient. Only drawback was that for 9:00 tour the 11:45 boat out to Arizona provides a little too much time for browsing exhibits unless you want to do the separate Bowfin submarine tour.

Pearl Harbor: Arizona Memorial, Honolulu CIty and Punchbowl Tour

I liked this tour because everything about Pearl Harbor was taken care of for us. This includes the bus ride there, the entry fee, the boat ride and the tour of Arizona Memorial. We were able to spend some extra time looking at the exhibits. As far as the city portion of the tour, we did see some cool sights around Honolulu. This was great as I would not have been able to see these sights without this tour. With this portion of the tour, we did not spend much time at each place and there were a few places that it would have been nice to spend a bit more time. Overall, this trip had a good overview of the city and a great tour of Pearl Harbor.
