Turtles everywhere

Excellent day at Signal Island. The staff were great, the fast Boat ride across to the Island was exhilarating. Plenty of Turtles to swim with in crystal clear water. We will be doing it again next time and would recommend the experience to everyone unless you are elderly as it a bumpy ride and getting on and off the Boat takes some flexibility.
Awesome experience at Signal Island

Operator met us on the pier exactly at the agreed-upon time. The boat ride to and from signal Island was extremely rough and not recommended for those with bad backs. Saw several large turtles and scenery was simply fantastic. Recommend spending some time walking around the island to get a fuller appreciation of its beauty.

Great day out to signal island. Plenty of sea life. Numerous turtles Staff though French were quite courteous Highly recommended Took our own equipment though there was some available. Take your own refreshments as there is nothing on the island. Safe swimming and snorkeling beach . Ideal for novices.

Awesome tour, very friendly staff with good knowledge of the area. The boat drops you off at the island, where there is not too many other people, and they will explain to you the best spots for snorkeling. Lots of fish, turtles and we were lucky we were lucky enough to see a whale on the boat ride back to Noumea. You can pay extra for a snorkeling guide who will show you around. Take your own food and drinks (can be purchased at the supermarket across from the tour desk). Wear a long sleeve rashie as there are tiny stingers in the water, not as bad as jellyfish but still annoying. Thanks for an awesome day!!
Amazing day trip - so many turtles!

We had a fantastic day from start to finish. The boat ride out to Signal Island was wonderfully picturesque. The snorkelling on the island was breathtaking - within 15 minutes of starting, we spotted 3 turtles! We spent the next few hours happily exploring the reef and watching all the fish and turtles, and going for a walk around the island. A must do when you are in Noumea!

Tour directors were good arranging a pickup point on the water front, as we came in by ship and didn't have a hotel address. Boat rides to and from the island were super, similar to a jet boat ride, the boys loved it. Saw a few turtles, probably would have like to see more and also saw sea snakes which weren't a problem. Lovely swimming and snorkelling of Signal Island.
Magical Experience wish we could keep it a secret

We have been to Noumea many times and I am not particularly fond of the area. We have done other tours, which we have enjoyed, and these days we usually stay onboard the ship. This time I thought wed try something not offered by the ship. What a surprise, we had the best day. The snorkelling was the best we have seen in years, the coral was not all broken and dead it was beautiful. The turtles and reef sharks and plentiful fish were awesome. Our guide Rene was friendly and very helpful. It was a wonderful day out and next time we go to Noumea on a cruise you can bet we will be doing this tour again along with the many friends we have already told about it.
Absolutely brilliant

This tour was absolutely brilliant - a fun boat ride to an island that had very few guests (less than 50 on the day we were there). We saw turtles before we even left the boat!!! The experience of swimming with wild turtles was incredible and they were within metres of the shore line so a very easy swim. Would definitely do this tour again.
