Driver on was back to airport was very rude and no one understood what he was saying but still a cheap and reliable was to get to NYC Manhattan and back to airpot

Transfer was good. Slightly annoyed it said you could use paperless on your phone for transfer but on arriving at airport they wouldn’t even call transfer as we didn’t have paper copy. Not a reflection on this company, it was the airport that wouldn’t help. Make sure you print it he voucher

We have used this service many times with you on all our trips to various countries On arriving in New York the service was poor however on our return the driver threw our suitcases In the back of the van breaking one handle completely and not even an apology our cases were new and not poor quality cases during the pick ups from other hotels other bags were thrown in no care was taken at all When we arrived at the airport after he threw them on to the pavement we noticed the other bag had a split in too he was not interest that our bags were damaged also on our trip to the airport he spend a lot of time on a personal call on his Mobile phone We were so disappointed

Your average shared ride experience. JFK has a decent waiting area in Terminal 4 but when the driver meets you there he rushes you out to shuttle which is a short walk. I only had 1 bag but another couple was trying to manage their bags while keeping up. Also I had some problem with my barcode on the mobile voucher not scanning. To the driver’s credit he accepted it and made a copy on his phone. He did ignore me if I asked if I could call the office (it was a hour ride )

The cheapness is reflected in the service. Our return transfer was an hour late, and the driver was extremely unhelpful letting two women lift our suitcases on the top of other passengers cases and not allowing us to put our carry on in. Therefore the whole journey with them on our knees. He also had difficulty taking a picture of our 2D code and began to get quite aggressive, as if this was my fault. Then to make things worse he was clearing his throat and chest the entire trip which made me feel sick. Absolutely disgusting.

Service was good. Had to wait over an hour in EWR, for the shuttle. After getting to the hotel, I showed the driver my Voucher, he said he needed it, I had no return voucher, I only got one printed, he scanned and gave me back my copy. Excellent. Made the reservation for the return 24 hours before, lady was courteous. 1:55 pm at hotel. I was waiting the the driver parked on West 8th and came and got me. Again, surprise. Friends of mine will use the service when they come to New York, easy and convenient.

I don’t know who I should be mad with but at the ground transportation desk I was told to wait away from it in an area with a few chairs and that the Airlink driver would come in and get the passengers. After waiting for the duration of 30-40mins I went back to desk and asked for an ETA was told 4mins. 20 minutes later I finally see a Airlink shuttle pass by but still no one has come to get me. So I go outside and see the driver loading bags in van and ask if his shuttle was the one I was waiting for and he says No. At first he seemed as if he wanted to help then it turned into that NY attitude like I should just be waiting like I was instructed no matter how long it takes. Now I’m irritated and as I’m walking back in to terminal he offers to call dispatch and see if he could take me. Dispatch initially said I wasn’t even on the list to be picked up then they say I was a no show...WTF I waited were I was instructed to and no one came to that area and called anyone. Communication is terrible, service mediocre.
