This service is unbelievably dreadful. I guess the only positive reviews are the lucky passengers who get picked up first. However, I would advise you not take the risk. You might be lucky and not have a long wait but you run the risk of waiting over an hour (1 hour and 15 minutes) in my case.
The driver was nice enough but there was no apology (I guess because it is not really his fault) and the explanation he gave was that a wait of this length was quite normal because they have so many passengers to collect.
I am a little surprised a service as poor as this is still going and I am quite surprised Aviator are still advertising/offering this service.
For the price, the service was good, but we did not use on our return trip. The wait for a bus in the airport is long and crowded. Our driver did assist with bags though and once we got on the road, travel time to hotel wasn’t bad.
Arrived at La Guardia and went to the Go Airlink desk. I had already prebooked and prepaid. When the Driver arrived around 30 mins later hd took the group of us to his bus but then told me I wasn’t on his list and basically kicked me off! Back to airport terminal customer service. S call was made to his superiors and he was told to come back to pick me up! Almost waited an hour by now. “No stress, no wait, no line” what is their logo! What a joke! When he came back to airport (full of disgruntled passengers) didn’t know how to scan prepaid barcode. Eventually got on our way... would have given terrible instead of poor but the ride back was better
I really would like a refund. We waited for a very long time to get picked up from the airport. Very uncordinated. I’ve always had wonderful luck with Viator but, this was just not up to standards. Very disappointed.
I had no help. It is not clear that they do not work on Long Island, Queens.

Hello good day. Unfortunately I was unable to use the airport shuttle service. When I arrived at the kiosk the employee said that this service was exclusive for hotels in Manhattan, and my hotel is Howard Johnson, in Queens on Long Island. My husband called the phone, but there was no attendant who spoke Portuguese or Spanish, and no one can help us. I want my money back. We had to leave by subway, it was very exhausting what we went through. Please return our money, or send the transfer service for our return to JFK airport on the 20th Thursday night. Kind regards. On time, great service, easy to find. All great things when you land in a city late at night, jet lagged and ready to sleep. There are helpers throughout the airport who get you organized, clear directions and the shuttle was on time and got me to the hotel easily.
