The guy never met us at the La Guardia, we sent him several messages by text. Never responded. Two hours later he responded that we were suppose to call him. Nowhere in our documents said anything about that. This a formal request for a full refund.

JFK TO LGA excellent ride & for 4 people it was more reasonable then the bus. $10.00 cheaper. Ride was great go there in about 20 minutes.

Great driver and vehicle. Quick courteous service. But calling for the driver was disorganized. And why was I stuck paying $19 in tolls?

The service was good and fast. I arrived in New York at one airport and had to fly out from another. They were fast getting me pickup and on my way is less then 5 minutes. Super nice drive and great service.

The Agents /Handler at the Hotline simply do not speak any understandable form of english The driver was unfriendly, non English speaking and of no assistance and insisted aggressively on a 20%Tip So Viator is good, your local NYC Agency poor

Almost missed my next flight!

With over four hours to make a connecting flight, I booked a Viator car to take me from LGA to JFK. My plane was late, and my four-hour layover dwindled down to two. I periodically notified Viator and was told the delay would not be a problem. When I finally arrived, I followed Viator's directions about when to call them and where to wait. The original 10-15 minutes I was told I had to wait wound up being over 40. At the advice from the Viator call service rep, I had begun looking into a cab or Uber when I received a call saying my driver had arrived. The man who drove me did all he could to help me (and his car was spotless). I was one of the last passengers to check into my JFK flight; the plane was already boarding by the time I made it to the gate.

In the information I received at the time I booked the vehicle they informed me car would pick me up within 5-7 minutes of arrival with luggage. When I called the said 30-45 minutes. I had a tight connection at LGA. They could care less told me to get another ride. They refused to return my money. Bad company.

Stress and confusion, stick to Uber

This company recommended to me by travel agent, and claimed I would be met by driver holding a sign with my name at the exit of the terminal for our ride from EWR to JFK with travel time of 40m. After booking and pre-pay large limo price weeks in advance, the email instructions did not mention driver holding a sign, I was to phone dispatch as soon as I arrived EWR. On travel day was 2 hours late and in a rush to make our flight from JFK. Dispatch sent us outside into a huge pick up area dragging our baggage while the driver and I played phone tag trying to find each other. At least it was not raining. Then the driver wanted to know where I was going because the booking was telling him my destination was EWR, he had no idea that we were going JFK and wanted more money until I pulled out my email confirmation. Could not understand the driver because of his thick accent. He could not understand that we were running late for our international flight out of JFK and we drove in the slow lane all the way, babying his nice newish SUV travel time almost 2hrs. Taxi or Uber would have been same price, quicker and more convenient.
