Why Travelers Choose This Tour

See NYC from the water—with live narration—when the sun sets and the city lights switch on.
Travel independently to the departure point at New York City’s Pier 83. Aim to arrive in good time for your cruise to secure the best seats—they're available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Relax and soak up the panoramic views as your boat sets sail along the Hudson Riverand into New York Harbor. Admire Manhattan’s skyline and its landmarks such as One World Trade Center, the United Nations Headquarters, South Street Seaport, the Empire State Building, the Chrysler Building, and more.

Then, take in the views of the Brooklyn Bridge and cruise by the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island, all as an on-board guide shares snippets on their background and the Big Apple's history. As an alternative to the live narration in English, you can also listen to recorded narration in your choice of seven languages—French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Mandarin, or English—simply by downloading a free cruise app.

During your sightseeing, head for the on-board concession areas to buy drinks and snacks (both own expense), and snap up mementoes from the souvenir store.

Your cruise comes to an end when your boat arrives back at Pier 83.

(Post Covid) The experience was beautiful and relaxing. The food, beverages and snacks were definitely on the pricey side, but it doesn’t ruin the overall experience.
Love it every time!!

Always love to do this with my daughter when I come to visit her. She loves it because it’s always such a refreshing reminder of the beauty and history of the island.

What a terrific 2 hours we spent on our fabulous night cruise. The boat was spotless and comfortable. Thanks to Mia our server for being so attentive. Huge credit must go to the gentleman who provided the incredibly interesting and detailed narration around the city. He made the trip enchanting and amazing and has a terrific voice to listen to. Thanks to all the staff. Couldnt recommend this trip more highly!!
Didnt get to go

Husband was rushed to hospital with heart attack and we didnt get to go. They refused yo refund my money.
Disappointing ...
, Dec 2019
The boat was large and able to accommodate everyone but the seating was terrible. You were given a hard folding chair to sit on and since it was raining the view from the window wasn't clear. I did notice that the side where the "premium" seats were located, the window had been cleared and perhaps some type of water repellent applied so their view was clear. We did have a great view of the statue of Liberty from the front deck of the boat even though it was extremely windy and the water was rough. This may have been a better outing in good weather but it wasn't very fun for me.
Premier seating is a ripoff
, Dec 2019
We purchased premier seating tickets and while we were able to skip the line, these seats turned out to be one section of the boat that was cordoned. Nothing different or special about the section. Premier seating does not even guarantee you a window. Floors were sticky and dirty. They tell you to download an app for other languages, but then the internet connection is not fast enough to complete the download. Also, beware of the gipsy taxi cabs located at the pier entrance. I don't know why the Circle Cruise Line allows them in there. Better to walk out to the main street to get a yellow cab.
Great sights, awful guide

David, the guide was awful...we found some of his commentary inappropriate, negative and rude...I would not recommend this trip with him as a host

Enjoyable Cruisade
, Nov 2019
Overall an enjoyable experience. Some issues was the queue to get snacks & drinks was way too long & made it stressful to obtain food & drink. The servers were brilliant & very polite. The commentary on the journey was muzzled & very hard to hear for much of the ride. The bit I did hear was very good & informational. Some windows streamed up, very smooth ride but more can be done to enhance the experience .
