The gentleman who narrated the excursion gave excellent history and descriptions of the sights. We would have tipped him, but we didn’t see him when we exited.

Very informative cruise round Manhattan. Weather was sunny but cold breeze. Enough space inside if required as cruise was not full. Allow 3 hours from boarding to finish.

We learned a lot about Manhattan; but we found 2.5 hours was a little bit too long. However, I highly recommend.

The cruise was fantastic. The tour guide was funny and informative. We really enjoyed the experience of the FULL island as well as getting very close to the Statue of Liberty. This is a MUST do experience for any 1st time visitors.

Good cruise guide was really interesting well worth booking premium as you can go straight to front of line and the seats are comfortable in the reserved area

A couple of hours cruising the water in Manhattan, couldn't help looking skyward in case Captain Sully was nearby again (you need to watch 'Sully' to understand). Anyway, the cruise took a couple of hours and was marred slightly by the awful weather... The cruise took in some of the highlights of New York, for example, we passed the Statue of Liberty among others. Another very informative day where my wife just loved the accent of the guide... Another trip to add to your bucket list, I'm confident you will also love this trip!

The boat was OK and the area covered was OK. However we paid for the VIP experience which gave us "superior" seats. They were the same as all others except padded, and basically we were told not to move from those seats. The dedicated wait staff means that instead of walking to the cafeteria on the deck below, someone eventually brings you items and you then have the privilege of paying an extra 18% more than anyone else on the boat. The temperature controlled room included an open door right behind our seats, so we froze the entire journey., To top it off - our VIP tickets included lunch - to a restaurant that was closed! Final complaint - the tour guide didn't shut up. Just rambled the entire time so much that anything of interest he may have had to say got lost in the rest of the dribble. Really disappointing.

This was a great way to see Manhattan from the water, especially for us first-timers to NYC. Enjoyed our tour very much and the tour guide was very informative and funny. He even handled a group of excitable and unruly elementary school kids in a polite, but firm manner and this was much appreciated by the guests (he was applauded!). The only downside to this tour was that it was completely disorganized when trying to figure out what line to stand in to board - and we had the Premier seating so you would think the lines would be properly marked. Because of all the confusion, we had to ask several times to make sure we were standing in the right line, but were told different things by different employees so we kept having to switch lines. Because of that, we ended up at the end of the correct line, even though we got there way before the crowd! So for all of that, I didn't want to give the full 5 stars, although our tour guide deserved the full 5!
