Brooklyn Graffiti Lesson

Great experience with my 10 year old son. The instructor was very helpful and informative. The space was small but clean.

Very fun afternoon. Fun keepsake to display in our shed (husband’s man cave) when we get home. Eclectic part of Brooklyn.

This was really enjoyable and informative! Resa, a local graffiti artist, was our host and teacher. She met us at a nearby coffee shop and led us past a host of inspiring neighborhood murals to the warehouse studio room, where she prepped a new piece of canvas, and introduced us to the tools of the trade. She got us started with some basics, demonstrated expert techniques, and generously and graciously guided us as we created our graffiti masterpiece! We have a whole new perspective on spray paint murals now, being able to understand how the effects are created, and admire the technical and conceptual artistryl, and dream about how we can put our new skill to use.
