Return Details

Returns to original departure point
Choose one of two evening start times for your dinner cruise and head to Toulouse Street in the French Quarter to board the beautiful riverboat. This paddlewheel ship — one of the last of its kind in New Orleans — will transport you back to the 19th century when ports bustled with produce-laden cargo ships, steamboats, and clandestine privateering.

Take a stroll along the deck as you begin the journey along the Mississippi River. Then have a seat in the cabin or on the outside deck, where you’ll get unobstructed views of the striking shoreline at dusk, and soak up some live jazz tunes from the Grammy-nominated Dukes of Dixieland, a true New Orleans-style band.

As for dinner, your tableside meal might include anything from chicken and sausage gumbo to cheesy penne pasta. Top it off with signature bread pudding accompanied by coffee and tea. Read on to the Itinerary section below for a sample menu. (Menu is subject to change)

Your evening cruise ends back at the departure point in the French Quarter.

Please Note: The "starting from" price displayed is based on the cruise only option.

Never got to see the Natchez

Very nice. Very clean. Nice staff. Had a great time. We waited a long time for a server but they made up for it with a complementary bottle of champagne. Food was good. Beautiful ship. We were on the City of New Orleans though not the Natchez, I feel like someone should have told us that beforehand and maybe reimbursed us some money. I wanted Natchez, it's bigger and older.

Do not order the dinner

The restrooms were not working and the food was disappointing. There was a wedding rehearsal dinner on the top deck where the band was and because of that we couldn't get by the band. We had to watch them on a tv screen. Would probably not do it again.

The entire experience was enjoyable! We were surprised that Everything on the dinner menu was on the plate and seconds were available as well. I would have like some shrimp in the gumbo. Nevertheless the meal was a treat! What stood out the most was the seafood pasta!!!! It was amazing and so full of flavor!!! The boat was beautiful and we really enjoyed the live jazz band! We were thrilled to be able to take pictures of the night time skyline from our on the water vantage point!

The boat was beautiful and wonderful service all around. The food was good but not served hot. Could have just been because of us taking the later cruise time. The band was wonderful and the views of the city are photo worthy. An over all wonderful time and will plan on going again in our next trip down.

Dinner was excellent!!! The waiting staff was also great. The boat took off before we could finish our food so we missed the first half of sight seeing. But all In all great experience.
