Do not Use Carmel Car Service

Carmel car service sent a United Taxi Cab, not limo or SUV car service. I pre-paid $67.50 instead of a beautiful limo car service....I was riding a $36.00 taxi cab fare. I would never recommend using Carmel car service in the future. This is a very deceptive tactic so the picture being advertised is false and super dishonest.

They came 1/2 hour early. They were supposed to be there at 1pm, text us and said they would be there at 12:30. At 12:20 they text us they were there. We went outside and they were no where to be seen. So I called her and she was at the wrong hotel. To me something lacked attention to detail -- time to be picked up and location were both wrong. Can't really say whose fault it is -- the driver or Viator. Other than that the ride was just fine.

A Trip to Remember

My trip from the hotel to the airport was different. The car I rode in had a nice smooth ride. The music playing on the radio kept my head bopping. However, it was not the same as the trip from the airport to the hotel. First off, there was not water for me to quench my thirst. The driver was not communicative and welcoming. Secondly, I was told that he would pick me up at the hotel's receiving area at a given time. Well, the time came and I did not see a car. So, I decided to take a walk around the front of the hotel. A car drove up, parked, then sat there. I walked over to the car and informed him that I was his customer. I also informed him that I was around the corner waiting for him with my luggage. I didn't know pickup was on the street, curbside, instead of the hotel pickup/drop off location. Needless to say, that was the beginning of the ride to the airport. Not a very pleasant experience.
