Got cancelled 15 minutes after the starting time because the guide got stuck somewhere
Huh?!
So you make people pay, get ready and in time for the appointment and then you don’t show up.
Out of three days of visit in New Orleans 2 of the tours booked where a disaster
(1 was an incompetent guy the second didn’t show up)
For tourists who only have little time to spend in the city and need to optimize their tour at the best, you are obviously not the right agency to call

The VIP Jazz tour with musician -guide Kevin Clark was one of our favorite experiences in NOLA. He shared an insider’s perspective of the history of Jazz in New Orleans as we strolled in Jackson Square and on Bourbon Street. Bonus—-Kevin is an outstanding talent on the trumpet as he demonstrated performing with the musicians at our last stop. My only regret is it would have been more helpful to have planned the tour at the beginning of our stint in New Orleans as Kevin gave excellent restaurant and touring recommendations as well. Great experience!
