Great experience!
, Aug 2020
I loved this little tour headed by Robin. He was very knowledgeable about the history of this town and gave us a lot of extra information. He was always open to answer any questions we might have about any of the locations we visited or any other questions about New Orleans. You could tell he was very passionate about what he was doing. Another point that stuck out to me was how concerned he was about our safety, he told us about what to look for and that shows kindness in his behalf. All in all, this was a great experience! I learned a lot and would recommend this tour to any NOLA visitors. Thank you!

Charming tour

Host was funny and charming. Although most of the information provided was urban legend, it was fun to learn.

Hi Matilda! While we do discuss urban legend, many of our stories are entirely (or as entirely as we can get them) true! For instance, Madam LaLaurie did indeed commit the atrocities you learned about on tour-- we have her husband's journals along with the newspaper articles written about her! We'd love to know if there is anything we could have done to earn that 5th star-- please reach out to us at Thanks!
History tour not ghost tour
, Jul 2020
Too much history not enough ghost stories. The guide we had also was very rude in how he was all over people about how high their Surgical mask had to be on their face. He also was pushy about where we could stand when he was telling stories. Not against the wall or on the side walk but at the edge of the sidewalk. Finally the guy with the skeleton face paint in the ad is not someone you ever see, its just a gimmick to get you to sign on.

Hi there! It sounds to me like your guide did a great job keeping everyone safe and healthy on this tour. We are in the midst of a pandemic and your guide, Graham, is working very hard every day to make sure everyone on tour leaves as healthy as they arrived-- as well as making sure y'all have fun. He's also doing his part to make sure that New Orleans continues to stay open so that tourists can come and enjoy its beauty and culture. That won't happen if we don't follow the rules, unfortunately. The rules regarding not standing against the walls of private residences, on top of being a sign of respect for those who live in those homes, is partly because people have been accosted by residents in the past for leaning against their homes. Again, it sounds to me like Graham had your safety and health as his top priority. Regarding the "guy with the skeleton face paint," he certainly does make his way into some of our voodoo stories-- that would be Baron Samedi, one of the loa in the Voodoo Religion. We don't force face paint on our guides because we aim for authenticity-- we are not a circus or haunted house, we're a tour company. Besides, face paint and masks don't make a great combo! Regarding this being a history tour-- it certainly is! Our ghosts come from the stories that really happened here in New Orleans, like Madam LaLaurie's torture and murder of her slaves. We love to weave the dark history of our city in with the urban legends that surround those true historical figures. I do apologize that it wasn't exactly what you were looking for-- I'd recommend a haunted house or maybe the Museum of Death when it reopens :)
Cool Family Tour
, Jul 2020
Our guide was named Bryan and was extremely talented.. the tour was cool, saw some great spots but Bryan’s knowledge and his attention to the details is what made it great! Plus he always made sure everyone was safe, in the shade for most of the tour And all questions were answered!
Walking Tour: Vampires, Voodoo and Witchcraft
, Jul 2020
Crystal was very knowledgable and made the tour interesting. We took the late tour, and due to Covid were not able to go into most of the buildings, but we are going to try to check some of them out on our own today. We learned a lot about the history of the city.
