Class was very fun and informative. The instructor gave us his take and knowledge about Cajun/Creole cooking. We came away with great recipes and the food was very tasty. If you want to Iearn about Louisiana cooking, this is your class.

Fantastic experience! Our chef Matt was fantastic, providing history to the cuisine and New Orleans as well answering and all questions the audience had. In addition, the gumbo, chicken creole, and pralines that we got to try were delicious! Will definitely return for a demonstration next time we are in NOLA!

This was a great afternoon spent learning about the rich cultural history of New Orleans and how many of it's famous dishes and culinary themes came to be. Our class instructor, Pat, was a delightful hostess who captured the attention of her audience well. At the end of the presentation we indulged in delicious crab & corn soup, chicken etouffee, and pralines. We will surely do this again on our next visit to New Orleans!

Very good presentation. Things were easily explained. We enjoyed the sampling of the food. The Gumbo, Red Beans and Rice, Corn Bread, Peacan pie and Pralines were all delicious. At the end of the class, we were full and satisfied. The gumbo queen was a great instructor.
