Very good experience. Its awesome to see so many sites and have such a well informed guide! If you love history and something new, I'd recommend this for sure! Also, we were there during covid and the safety measures in place were fantastic!

Arrive early. Stay late.

Idea is good in theory, but speaker was in my ear the whole trip. That was tough. And loud. First night back since covid, so very disorganized. Running very behind. Check in guy wasn’t checking in anyone or getting up from his chair and was not asked for my ticket at all. Others that came after us we’re let on first. So, after waiting 45 minutes then the hour long trip, passengers flew to restroom once we got back. Which was in a restaurant. That we had to buy something in. Not the most pleasant experience.

Tour was nice but the check on process was very unorganized. We were sone of the 1st ones waiting and had reservations but still others were allowed to board carriages before us who had not waited as long.

Great times had even amongst the chaos... learning about the history of NOLA gave me a good insight on all of the changes that have happened. Seeing the table set at restaurant for ghost was great!

Really wasn’t anything exciting. The carriage ride was nice. If you have seen American Horror Story, you’ve seen this tour. Minus the carriage ride
