Ghost and Vampire Walking Tour Of The French Quarter

This was a really great experience & Dylan was a fantastic tour guide. Our preteen & teen loved it as well.

Bob provided great information throughout the tour of many buildings and it's history. Would recommend this tour to all ages.

We booked our tour online a few days in advance. The process was easy. The email receipt had good instructions on where to be and when. Perhaps a bit more info on parking would be helpful. We arrived at the box office >10 mins ahead, as instructed. We were greeted and checked in promptly. Provided wristbands good for 2-for-1 hurricanes at The Voodoo Lounge. $12 for two tall hurricanes - a solid good deal! Tour started timely at 8pm. We were split into two manageable sized groups. Our tour guide was Leonard. Leonard took us to 6 different stops and provided historical background along with the folklore. - Sultan’s Palace - Muriel’s - St Germain - Lafitte’s Blacksmith Shop (bar/ - bathroom break) - LaLaurie’s Mansion - Ursuline Convent Our family includes three children - 15, 13, and 9 - and they all enjoyed it. The tour was family-friendly, with just enough gore to keep it interesting. Our 13 year old is into ghost stories, and knew the tales at two of the locations - totally into it! Leonard was a great guid and storyteller and we thoroughly enjoyed his tour. We would recommend this tour to you and your family. Lots of walking, so wear comfortable shoes - and, all outside, so dress for the weather. COVID-19 side note: Due to COVID-19 and, thus, smaller crowds, my husband, who grew up in New Orleans, noted that this was the cleanest and prettiest he has ever seen the French Quarter. Whether you are visiting or a local, taking this tour is a a great way to support the struggling tourist industry while having a great time!

Our tour was canceled and the l they recumbent this in its place We were very excited we found something else and the 5 star reviews were a plus. First you meet at a bar and are given a complimentary Hurricane which was so sweet it was undrinkable. We tossed them along the way. I cannot remember our guide's name and although he seemed nice and all he was a boring storyteller. He droned on and on and we lost interest quickly. We stood forever in one spot and he shared a lot of extraneous information that just made us lose interest. Right before the bar stop we deserted the tour and went back to our hotel. This was the biggest disappointment i have ever encountered on any tour.

I have been on multiple ghost tours in NOLA and have enjoyed every one of them until this one. Our guide a horrible story teller, which each story falling flat and sucking the fun out of the ghost tour on Halloween night in New Orleans, one of the most "haunted" cities in the country. I wouldn't recommend this tour.

Bob was an excellent guide who included everyone into his storytelling. Highly recommend Dow a nice time in NOLA and you decide for self, vampires or not

It was ok. Was given a decent amount of history, although I didn’t personally verify it, it seemed accurate. Didn’t focus very much on ghost stories. Wasn’t as fun as all the reviews say. Overall, tour/tour company seemed kind of “production line”-ish. Mass quantities of people run through the same process(tour) every time, cranking them out. That was the best way I could come up with to describe it.

Robert was an excellent guide making the tour funny and entertaining for adults and teens. We learned a lot of history along with the entertaining ghost stories. -Definitely a good tour and I will book with them again!

Our guide was informative, had first hand experiences, and was hilarious The tour didn’t feel like 2 hours (it was) because you were so entertained! 10/10 amazing

The guide was great, stories were very interesting. The only downfall is we weren't able to go to the cemetery. All in all it was a wonderful choice!
