Susan was an awesome tour guide. Her knowledge of the establishments and what we were eating and drinking was spot on. I liked the fact that everything was prepared on our arrival and waiting was kept to a minimum. The food and drink at each place we visited was great. Certainly something my wife and I would do again.

Exceeded our Expectations

This was a real combo experience that delivered on multiple fronts: > Food -- sampled (actually large appetizer/small plate portions) many traditional NOLA staples > Drinks - full sized cocktails ranged from local beer to historical local concoctions > Eating/Drinking establishments -- visited multiple NOLA historical hotspots > History -- stops along the way to learn about NOLA history and culture Susan, our guide was wonderful -- gracious, knowledgeable, accommodating and entertaining. All that you would want in a host of a 3 hour eating/drinking experience. We left very satisfied on the food & drink fronts and feeling that we got more than our money's worth. Best of the 4 different tours we had on our long weekend in the Big Easy. Highly recommend!!!

Destination Kitchen was so accommodating and great. We ended up being 25 minutes late and they were responsive and very understanding. We met the group at the first location and missed the introduction but it was totally fine. Our guide, Susan was AWESOME. She filled us in when we arrived and made us feel welcomed even though we were “those” people. She had a plethora of knowledge and all places we stopped for a bite and drink were great. She gave other recommendations as well and it was overall a fun 2-3 hours to spend on a late Sunday afternoon. We would 100% book DK again. Thanks!

Most memorable were the muffuletta, broiled oysters, and gumbo! All very yummy! Cocktails were good. Wish there had been something sweet to eat like a praline or beignet but definitely had plenty to eat. Susan was great and very informative.
