Brenda was a great tour guide. We learned so many things we didn’t know. Very interesting tour. The studio was so much smaller than we thought.

I loved the Studio B experience! Our tour guide Brenda was awesome. Standing in the sweet spot of the recording studio where so many stars stood singing and changing the world with their music! Gave me chills. I grew up listening to Country music and attended several concerts as a child. Jerry Lee Lewis, Charlie Pride, Jeannie C Riley, Dollie and others. The tour brought back wonderful childhood memories!

I didn't know I needed to reserve a slot for the tour. When I arrived at 3:30, I was told to come back the next day. I had to fly home. Very disappointing experience.

The HOF is amazing. Have already recommended to friends. Studio B was an unanticipated bonus. The guide was excellent. Only wish there had been information other than just about Elvis.

Very informative tour of Studio B. So much information, it was wonderful hearing all the history! The Country Music Hall of Fame was impressive as well. Fun to explore and see many different things on numerous entertainers. I highly recommend both tours.

Brenda our tour guide was the best most knowledgeable guide I’d ever had.. She made the tour a trip back to the 50’s and 60’s. You felt you were there while in Studio B .. She shared facts and events I never knew about the music and singers who recorded all those No 1 songs!! Thanks Brenda for the best tour ever! Delores from Dallas

Know before you book with Viator

I am very disappointed with our experience with Viator. My son and I purchased two combo tickets for the Country Music Hall museum (CMH) and the RCA studio tour. The site did not include enough details about the tour and most importantly, it did not explain that AFTER purchasing your tickets, you had to schedule a time slot with the CMH and RCA Studios. It simply gave the hours of operation. That would not be a problem with the museum because it is a self guided tour, but the RCA studio tour required getting a seat on a bus. After purchasing the tickets online we received a confirmation number to obtain our tickets on site. In small print after the confirmation, there was a link to a different site to schedule your slot, which we never saw. When we arrived at the CMH museum, we were told that there was only one seat available for two different time slots that were hours apart. I told my son to take the first available seat and that I did not want to wait around for hours and then go by myself. This was our last day in Nashville so I went to the counter and asked to cancel and for a refund of my ticket. The woman told me I had to contact Viator to receive a refund from them. She also told me that if we had booked directly with them, we would have seen availability and scheduled when we purchased our ticket. I recommend that you purchase your tickets directly with CMH and RCA Studios for the tour, rather than through Viator! We contacted Viator later that day (Wednesday) and were told we would get a call back within 3 days with a resolution. It is Saturday and we have not received a call! I’m very unhappy with Viator! The site should have included more specific details and should have shown availability BEFORE you purchase tickets. And if a further reservation was necessary, they should have stated it much more clearly, boldly, AND before you purchased your tickets!!!
