Fun Napa Train

Great experience on the train! Some of the staff were obviously new and we're working out kinks, but overall it was a great experience
Great Experience

Great experience. Food was delicious. Only thing on the. Website they didn’t mention was that the cafe at the station is not open now, we got there thinking to have coffee something small before going on the train. But the experience was amazing.
Would do again

The view and the staff. The beef was delicious; the chicken was a little dry but overall a good meal
Great experience but expensive for no wine included
, Sep 2021
I did love the experience and I had heard that it was a fun thing to do while in the area. My only complaint would be that I thought for the cost that there was a wine paring provided with each course and they were included in the cost. The champagne at the start was the only item included. For the high price that was shocking to me. I would suggest that you try to include at least 1-2 options with the meal as a pairing to make the experience even better.

It was my wife's birthday and she really enjoyed the trip, the food was very good and the service was excellent
Enjoy life's journey!

Seeing the Napa Valley while enjoying the delicious food. All was excellent however, I thought it was going to include a wine or tasting since the expense was greater than on advertised.
Disheartening experience!

I always want to give good reviews as I want someone business to thrive. We had to cancel our planned trip due to COVID restrictions as we are in health care and wanted to check What’s available close to home for day trip. I googled and it suggested wine train trip. I went to their site and it said sold out for the Labor Day weekend. I went to trip advisor to read about it and they showed seats available and I ended up buying. I wasn’t offered any choice of seating. Apparently we were sold not that great tickets as we were the the last to board and we didn’t seem to mind. What bother us that the food was not only bad quality and the quantity was different from the tables next to you. Will think twice before buying from Trip advisor as we weren’t on free ride. We paid $420 for the trip.

fantastic meal and super service

I have never had a more tasty lunch in my travels and my wife and I take a lot of cruises, the service and the meals on a cruise ship are very hard to match or beat, the Napa valley wine train stands along with the best
Good but not fabulous
, Sep 2021
great food but expected to hear more info about what we were seeing, etc. got a bit boring after 3 hours and no where to walk around. also, the dining car was freezing. many of us were putting on our heavy jackets if you were lucky enough to have one.
