• All guests must wear shorts, T-shirts and running shoes to do the tour. (Skirts, dresses and bathing suits are not appropriate. Closed toe sport shoes provides the best protection for your feet however strap-on sandals are acceptable.
• Tour departs Tau Village at 9am and 2pm hence pick-up times from your resorts will be advised at time of booking.
• Transfers are only provided from Nadi/Denarau and Coral Coast hotels(up to Warwick only)
• No heart problems or other serious medical conditions
• Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
