When I booked this excursion it was listed for $80 per person, we had 4 persons but were told that the vehicle had five seats and it would cost $100 pp. when we took the excursion the vehicle was a five seater with the driver it could only fit four passengers, when I returned I called Viator explain what happened and ask for the $20 pp overcharged. They refused, so I do not recomend Viator or this tour when we got to the Nizwa Fort they told us we had to pay $15 pp to get in even tho our contract said that the only expenses not included were food and gratuities. I have traveled with Viator before, but never again.
