The tour guide was very knowledgeable. I was able to learn a lot of fun facts about Quebec City. The driver also had some back stories on some of the places that we were passing. It was also nice to just sit back and enjoy the ride with out worrying about where to go and parking.

A worth day trip. We had an amazing driver who knows his way and a super knowledgeable local guide Roch, who never bored us. I like the idea of giving us ample time to see most places and shopping local. Such a magnificent place. This is a must see and highly recommended.

I really enjoyed the coach ride taking us to Quebec. The first stop is a quint little rest stop , the food is good in the little Mom & Pop shop. When we arrived in Quebec we were greeted by out tour guide Rock. He was amazing throughout the tour , easy to follow and well spoken. The next stop was the falls. BEAUTIFUL!! We then returned for a brief ride at the top of Quebec followed by 3 hours of free time. Amazing shops, restaurants and atmosphere. This tour was done off season so prepare for the cold . The amazing landscapes whether it's warm or cold are thrilling.

It was only a short stop at the falls, which gave more time for The city. Compact information about history and everything that is necessary. Enough time to explore the city.

Great day trip from Montreal

This trip is very well organized and conducted. I was picked up by a shuttle van from my hotel exactly on-time. The bus was large and comfortable. It did not, however, have receptacles for cell phone charging. The bus left on time and make a rest stop half way to Quebec. It did not seem like a long trip thanks to the break. We were met by Katya who was an excellent tour guide. We did a 45-minute walking tour around Petit Champlain then got of the bus for the side trip to Montmorency Falls. They were spectacular in the winter. I walked over the bridge but felt that the view from an observation deck just below the top of the falls was more impressive. The bus then took us through the new and old towns with a narrated tour. Finally, you have about three hours free time which is just about right to have a lunch and shop. The bus picked us up promptly for the return trip that also included a stop at the halfway point with access to a McDonald's and other meal options. Quebec is a beautiful city and this tour is an excellent way to see it on a day trip out of Montreal.

Quick and Dirty Quebec!

This an awesome tour! The guide knew a lot about his City and was quick to let us know the best way to utilize our 3 hours of free time. He gave us a lot of history in a short amount of time. My only complaint would be the amount of time that we spent at the waterfall. I think either lengthen the time so we can go to the top of the waterfall or shorten it. I honestly felt like I spent too much time taking one or two quick photos of the waterfall because we were advised not to attempt to go to the top. There's nothing to do at the bottom of the waterfall. Also they accept tips in CAD and USD! So be kind to the snowbirds! As far as the company as a whole... Customer service could have been better. They advertise hotel pick up. I confirmed my hotel the day before. A marathon was going the morning of the tour. I was waiting for an hour for them to pick me up. I first called 15 minutes pass the pick up time. They said no worries and that the bus would be coming. 45 minutes later, still no bus. At this point it's 8am. I call again and they send a separate vehicle to pick me up. When i got to the actual tour bus, everyone was already on the bus except my friend and I. There were no apologies for the delay. It's very concerning that I didn't receive follow up from the company about my delayed pick up. I had the feeling the bus would have left without me and I would have lost money because THEY didn't do their due diligence.

If you have just one extra day DO THIS! But stay in Quebec City for a night or two if you can. It’s spectacular!

This city is really a blast from the past. Try to go off season or mid week as it’s popularity can make it very touristy! But even in peak season it’s a beautiful city and a u inquest place! 👍👍
