  • Enjoy priority access at churches like San Maurizio al Monastero Maggiore and Santa Maria presso San Satiro
  • Numbers limited for this small-group tour to ensure a personalized experience

Why Travelers Choose This Tour

Opt to visit Leonardo da Vinci’s “The Last Supper” or his vineyard during this highlights tour of Milan.
Begin your day in Piazza Luigi Cadorna, where you’ll join up with your guide and small group. Come prepared with comfortable walking shoes and clothing that covers the shoulders and knees, as a dress code is enforced at many of the churches.

Take off into the city, learning about the famous Duomo di Milano as you go. The Gothic cathedral is the largest church in the country and the fifth largest in the world, taking nearly six centuries to complete. Crowds collect early at this showstopper, but you’ll bypass the lines entirely with your direct-access ticket.

Afterward, pay homage to one of the world's largest shopping malls as you pass the 19th-century Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. Then skip the line inside the Chiesa di San Maurizio al Monastero Maggiore before heading toward other top attractions, including Arco della Pace, Sempione Park and the 15th-century Castello Sforzesco. See artwork from the controversial Maurizio Cattelan and Bramante’s optical illusion inside the Church of Santa Maria presso San Satiro.

After pausing to purchase lunch, head to the UNESCO-listed Chiesa di Santa Maria delle Grazie, home to da Vinci's The Last Supper (if option selected). Bypass the crowds with your skip-the-line ticket, get an up-close look at the iconic mural, and learn about its restoration.

Alternatively, head to Leonardo da Vinci's Vineyard (if option selected). After remaining abandoned for many years, this historical treasure was recently restored to exactly as it was during Leonardo’s time. Learn how the vineyard's roots were saved and hidden under the land after the fires of World War II.

Afterward, stroll along Via Montenapoleone in the city's fashion district. After a full day of exploration, your tour will conclude back at your original departure point.

Please note:

Leonardo's Vineyard is available daily, while The Last Supper option is available only Tuesday to Sunday. On Sundays, the visit to the Duomo can be replaced with the visit to Piazza Gae Aulenti

Best Tour in Milan!

This tour was fantastic! About 20 or us were regaled with history, facts, observations and thoughts offered by our fabulous tour guide. Originally from France, but having spent 12 years in Italy, our tour guide gave us a insider/outsider take on all things Italian. He clearly loves Italy but he can also laugh at Italy's foibles resulting in a very revealing look at Milan. I was traveling to Milan on business and took this tour. Frankly, I wasn't very impressed with Milan compared to other places in Italy (e.g., Rome, Sorrento, Florence, Venice, etc.). But, the tour guide was so good that I liked Milan better after the tour! This tour was definitely the highlight of my time (8 days) in Milan!

Awesome tour of Milan!

This was one of the best walking tour we had during our trip to Italy. Charles, our tour guide was awesome, he was a great storyteller, engaging, funny and great with kids. Even though the tour was pretty long 9:30 to 4, our kids loved it and stayed engaged. There was only 6 of us in the group due to some last minute no show, so there was lots of opportunities to ask questions, etc. Overall it was a great investment of time and money. We skipped the long line to enter the Duomo and the Last Supper, saw the beautiful "Sistine Chapel" of Milan and lots of other landmarks. We learned so much about Milan's history, art and also got to see its quirky side :) Highly recommended.

Our guide did a great job of showing us the highlights of Milan. However he delivered over and above, the tour lasting an hour longer and including stops additional to the itinerary. Value for money!

Our guide, Charles was fanstastic. A wealth of knowledge presented in a detailed, but non overwhelming way, and with a lot of humour. We saw a lot of Milan in one day, including Da Vinci's Last Supper and the Duomo but it never felt rushed. He also gave us a lot of local knowledge which really helped with my stay in Milan. I cant recommend this tour highly enough.

The weather was against us and we needed umbrellas despite that the tour was great. The points of interest, churches, were all amazing and beutiful to see . Our guide was very informative and made sure we all saw the important sights and views. It was very educational and picturesque and was topped off with the tour inside the Duomo. To be recommended, a bit more confortable if it is not raining.

Maneuvering around Milan

We took the 6 hour tour of Milan and enjoyed every minute. The guide was superb, explaining detail after detail. The tour is not for the faint of heart, as it is a walking tour. We got to see so much of the central city. The high point, of course, was seeing The Last Supper, which was explained in detail.
